We thought we might be interested in a mini-split system for our bedroom so called Muirfield Mechanical which turned out to be one of the most responsive and easy-to-deal-with businesses one can imagine. Jeff, the Project Manager who came to our house, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and non-pressuring. After our visit, we concluded that a mini-split probably isn't what we need, but if we were to need a different project done, we certainly would call them again..

We would highly recommend Muirfield Mechanical. They were very professional and did a wonderful job installing a new furnace. Beginning with Jeff who discussed the options with us and wrote the quote, and continuing with the fabulous plumbers and electricians. I found that they went above and beyond to meet our needs. Linda at the office was always friendly and helpful.

Reasonable estimate, professional employees who answer questions, come on time when they say they will come. They really know their stuff. Helped me navigate the Heat Pump rebates. Had a cancellation in their schedule and fit me in before we were scheduled. Would not hesitate to recommend this local company for HVAC needs.

Since the work was completed, I have noticed that communication is not always prompt when I contact the company. In addition, I made a call on their emergency line one morning at around 6:30, but no one picked up or even got back to me the rest of the day.

Muirfield Mechanical has done a great job installing furnace and central AC at my house. The crew came on time, very polite and professional, let me knew before they leave each day, and the installation was perfectly done. I love the quality of work they had performed. They also helped to apply for the energy rebate and file the product registration. I would definitely hire them again for my next job.

We recently contracted with Muirfield Mechanical to install two mini-split heat pumps. They were one of four contractors from whom we received bids, and their bid was both timely and competitive. They are a Mitsubishi Diamond installer, which means that Mitsubishi’s warranty is extended to 12 years instead of 10. The product manager, Nate, was very helpful in explaining where to place the heat pumps, and was an excellent problem-solver in managing a supply chain issue that emerged during the process. The installers were professional and always on-time. The electrician Muirfield uses, Bogen Electric, did an excellent job with the electrical hook-up. Additionally, Muirfield’s office manager took care of registering our product warranties for us, and filed the rebate form with our local electrical company. We are very pleased with the heat pumps, and highly recommend Muirfield Mechnical.

We are more than happy that we hired Muirfield Mechanical Services to replace our old electric heat pump with a new one. Their pricing is quite fair: the quote they offered was the best among several of others. Their installers were knowledgeable and fast.

I first starting using this company about 5 years ago when our old AC system was dying. They were so prompt with coming out to quote and the install was so fast that the system was in when I finally got the phone call back from the 3rd company I was hoping to get a quote from - had to say sorry, already have a new system in! They've been great for yearly maintenance as well. Fast forward to a the AC dying at the animal shelter on a blistering day - Denise squeezed the shelter in despite not being a previous client, and the AC was up and running with a couple hours of my pleading phone call. This company is honest, experienced, and worth giving your business to.

After getting estimates from two other companies in the area to replace my 20+ year old gas furnace, neither of which I was comfortable with, a friend recommended that I call Muirfield Mechanical. I am very happy to pass on the recommendation. Everyone I dealt with at Muirfield was professional, knowledgeable and helpful; the work was scheduled promptly, communication was excellent, they understood and were responsive to the restrictions on exterior venting imposed by my condo association, and their prices were very reasonable. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them. And, I shouldn’t end without adding that I am very happy with my new furnace; their recommendation was exactly what I wanted.

We just had five mini split heat pumps installed, and Muirfield offered the best quote among the firms that provided estimates. I found them highly responsive and professional. The install was completed quickly and neatly, and the team was courteous. I'd hire them again, and I've already referred them to a good friend. Five stars!

From the start, they were very professional, assessed our house's old system and recommended a very affordable new system.
Installation, including plumbing, electrical and permitting was all handled seamlessly and they installed the units without any issues.
They will also submit for any rebates the state is offering.
