They installed a Mitsubishi Split Duct unit in our basement family room. They were a suggested installer from the Newton HeatSmart coach and they did an excellent job. After reviewing several options, they provided a prompt estimate, and arrived exactly when they said. Jeff was very responsive, and the installation was fast and flawless, even though they encountered a couple of unexpected challenges with our home. They complete all paperwork and were very thorough and professional with all of our interactions. On top of everything else, their prices were very competitive. I would not hesitate to use them again.

When my 70gallon hot water tank was leaking during thanksgiving holidays, I called few local plumbers for a quotation to replace with new tankless water heater. Muirfield (Jeff of Sales) gave me the quotation which is very reasonable comparing to others. After finalizing them with 50% deposit, they started the job within 2 days. Matthew came and completed the entire installation professionally from start to finish (including wearing masks in the house) and did a great job. After the job was completed, the team of 4 came next day after a big storm and removed the old 70gallon hot water tank in 30 minutes. Amazing team. Finally, Lisa at office applied Mass rebate on behalf of me. Total complete solution and I wouldn't hesitate to use Muirfield again!!

Muirfield Mechanical has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. After they provided us with a quote to replace our old boiler, that old equipment failed on a cold morning. Muirfield sent someone the same day to keep our old boiler going until the new one was put in. From estimate through completion of the boiler replacement, Nate and the team answered every little question we had (patiently!), and completed this large project on time, and at the exact cost that they had estimated. We highly recommend them!

We worked with Muirfield Mechanical to replace our older furnace and air conditioning unit with new high efficiency models. They came to us highly recommended by neighbors so we reached out to them in addition to the HVAC company we had worked with for service previously. In a reasonable amount of time from our initial call, Muirfield sent out an estimator who gave us a rough verbal estimate on the spot and followed up quickly with a proper written estimate. The estimate in comparison to the other company we considered was thousands of dollars less, called for a shorter installation duration (both for comparable products), and could be scheduled sooner. We elected to move forward with Muirfield and had a great experience with the installation. Jermaine and his team were friendly, considerate of our home, and happy to answer any questions that I had along the way. The installation was completed in the time promised, and the equipment has been working flawlessly for the couple of months since. I would not hesitate to recommend Muirfield and in fact have already done so!

We had central AC installed last week and Muirfield Mechanical did an excellent job. The install took a few days and I really appreciated the hard work on the team. The installation team was prompt arriving, kept to their installation timeline, and seem to have done an incredible job. While boiler replacement is certainly not my area of expertise, I can tell that they were attentive to every detail, from the low-profile intake/exhaust fitting to placing the boiler in a way that gives us much more storage space to anchoring pipes solidly.

Muirfield installed a full house mini-split heat pump (and cooling) system for me last week. They did a great job! Even though Muirfield was already selected as my town's SmartHeat specialist, I still got 4 other quotes did make sure I was getting the best price and right equipment. Muirfield gave me the superior equipment (Mitsubishi hyper heat) for the best price. They did a superb job at working how to do the exterior piping with a difficult Dutch colonial roofline. The guys that did the work for friendly, helpful, capable and even removed my old window a/c's.
