    Very professional service. The technician that came out, Mario, arrived promptly early in the service window time, diagnosed my problem without hesitation and got the job done at a reasonable price. Definitely impressed by the professionalism of this company and would hire them again. They also accept Apple Pay which was really convenient.

    These guys are very professional. I needed my entire system replaced. Mike came out on a Tuesday to check everything out, and by Thursday I had an entire new system up and running. The installers were very friendly, and took very good care of my house. They cleaned up so well, that there was no evidence of them even being there. My new system works wonderfully, and I can even monitor and modify everything remotely from my phone!

    Anthony and Dennis arrived on time and went right to work. They replaced both the furnace and AC unit in a few hours with little noise and no mess. Everything was thoroughly tested and inspected before they left. Great service.

He replaced the necessary part without making up other problems to charge me for. He thoroughly checked the rest of the unit for any issues or potential problems, and explained the issue without any condescension.     Our AC began not keeping our house cool. Although the system was working the air coming from the vents wasn't cold as per usual. I checked out YELP and gave them a call. I was shocked to get a next day appointment. We already had one diagnostic done and was given a quote of $1500-2,000. Our tech Troy Huffman showed up exactly at our 1 o'clock appointment time. Entered our home with shoe protectors (which I appreciated with a toddler) He checked the outside unit first and identified our condenser needed replacement. For about $150 dollars and 15 minutes later we had the coldest air I have ever felt pumping from our vents and our house quickly dropped 4 degree in about 45 mins. I am beyond happy with our experience and will recommend triple E to anyone I know. I even signed up for the twice a year checks for our AC and heat.

    Troy just came out and fixed my air conditioner. He was super nice and professional. He even fixed the hinge of the sliding door to my AC unit. I wish I had cash on hand to tip him after that. That extra step and a cool house will definitely have me using their services again!

    If I could give this company 0 stars I would, I’ve never taken the time to write a negative review before but feel the public should be made aware. This experience started in December of 2020 when my heat wasn’t working properly. I called triple E who came out to preform multiple inspections on both of my systems( dual zone) to diagnose the problem. The service tech Troy did mention one inspection after the next however failed to ever mention each thing he was checking there would be an additional cost. At the end of the diagnostic I was hit with an extremely large bill on top of the original service fee. I voiced my concerns and gave the company the benefit of the doubt it was a miscommunication. I also agreed to join the EEE club as they come out twice a year to check everything HVAC related for $159/per year.

    Fast forward to today 4/7/21 I was scheduled for my spring inspection between 8am-8:30am. Troy arrived at 9:00am. I noticed while he was here he was only inspecting one unit. I specifically asked him if he was going to check the other thermostat/unit and he shrugged it off. Again giving him the benefit of doubt. Come the end of my inspection it was determined everything on my ONE unit is perfectly fine. I asked him again what about the other thermostat/unit. At this point he told me for the FIRST time the $159/per year is only for ONE system. When they were initially here in December they inspected BOTH thermostats and BOTH units. When they offer you a membership for $159/per year one would think that is for your entire HVAC system. At no point was it clarified this was for each system, what would the benefit be to a customer to only pay $159/per year when I have two units? The logical thing to do would be to clarify this is only for ONE of your systems and mention- if you’d like coverage on both it would be $318/per year. Troy said this is all you paid for and left my home.
    This is an unscrupulous company taking advantage of people. On both occasions they intentionally left out the costs associated with their services. I’m now forced to either pay an additional $159/per year or simply not have anyone inspect my other unit.

    We just had a whole system replacement done. Michael was extremely professional and broke everything down as simply as possible. Never did it feel like he was recommending anythingwithout the reasons being our comfort or cost. The installers were quick and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

    This time we got a text letting us know they were on the way. We discussed the new Daikin system which is definitely saving us money on the air conditioning. Now we’ll see how it works with heating. And 2 of the 4 levels are much more comfortable now. Before they were too hot or too cold depending on the season. Now we can use them year round. Quick check by the tech and they changed the filter as well. I am so happy with the service.
