    WoW! This company is impressive! From start to finish we have been thrilled. Mike came out to “quote” us. But, it became a bit more than that. We were pretty set on going with a different manufacturer however, after talking about our options with Mike, we went in a completely different direction. Mike was able to explain to us the differences between multiple units and the pros and cons of each. It helped us make an educated decision, one that is very large financially, but what was best for us. I’m certainly glad that we did. The units are smooth, they’re super quiet. And best of all they’re extremely energy-efficient. The installation process was amazing! Both Mario and Anthony came out and got the job done in one day, ONE day! We have two 17.5‘s SEER units and they were able to install them in one day. It made for a great experience all around. I would highly recommend this group. *Stop shopping now!* Call them, you won’t regret it.

    They were super responsive to come out for a diagnostic on our gas furnace. The tech was very nice and the diagnostic fee was reasonable. However the tech told me a part that was broken, the office reached out with a quote only to replace our entire unit at an astronomically high price. All equipment costs were $8000 and they wanted to charge $19,000 for parts and labor. On our own we discovered that it was a broken part but not the one the tech said, and for $115 we now have a working furnace

    Recommended by my parents so when we returned from vacation to A/C not working, I called. Friendly admin scheduled me immediately. Someone was here within 15 minutes. Repairman, Mike, was courteous and professional. Because this is happening under COVID protocol, he was especially careful to observe social distancing and wore a mask which I appreciated. Immediately discovered the problem and repaired it. Checked refrigerant level for me and let me know it was fine (in the past with a different company I wasn't comfortable that I wasn't being told inaccurate info in order to increase amount due. Clearly not the case with Mike at Triple E!) Amount due for repair and service call was very reasonable. Really feel I received value for my dollars spent. Would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise and I based on my experience, happy to highly recommend their service to others!

    A/C wasn’t working. Called Triple E and was on hold for a few minutes waiting to be connected to their call center. Was told that a technician was working and he would call me back. Mario called about 30 minutes later and explained there would be an emergency service call fee, and I could wait schedule service for regular business hours. I was pretty certain that a capacitor had blown and it was HOT in the house so I asked him to come out ASAP. He confirmed the service call, and called back a couple of times to confirm he was on his way and estimated arrival time. Upon arrival, Mario was able to determine the problem was a blown capacitor and replaced it quickly. He also noticed the fan wasn’t working properly and was able to fix it. It took a few hours for the house to cool down, but I was well worth the extra service call fee so I could sleep.

    Needed an entire new A/C and Furnace. They were very professional through the he whole process. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Removed and installed all new equipment and were in and out in 5 hours. Quality work at a great price. Extremely neat and professional. Always had a great experience with this local company.

    I believe in going with local businesses. Triple EEE was the highest rated A/C business in my area. They were able to fit me into their schedule same day. (A/C broke on a day when heat index was 115!) They did a diagnostic, ordered a special part and fixed everything before lunch the next day. Mario and Mike were polite and professional. They explained everything and did a great job. I would highly recommend them!

    I recently scheduled a diagnostic with Triple E. As part of a club membership I purchased this service should have been included. A technician was quickly dispatched to my home and completed the estimate. I was told everything was covered when I scheduled and it was again confirmed when the technician completed the service. A few minutes after the technician told the diagnostic was covered he called back telling me it wasn’t covered because I had replaced my furnace. So is it a “club membership” or warranty????
    I purchased a membership for $160 last year that included preventative maintenance and diagnostics for a year on the furnace/ac in my home. Nowhere on the invoice for this membership does it state that it’s a warranty on a specific furnace it states it’s a club membership. Triple E actually did the estimate to replace my furnace but I used my home warranty since the cost of replacement was covered. At that time it was never mentioned that future diagnostic costs would not be covered and the club membership would be voided if i replaced the furnace.
    Overall promptness and communication was great and the issue was diagnosed but I now have to spend additional money that I wasn’t expecting. Additionally, the technician who installed the new furnace was able to come out the same day and found that the Triple E technician left the plate cover off my a/c unit. This is dangerous with children playing near by.

    We had an issue that needed fixed before we could sell our home. Mike from Triple E was on time, professional, and extremely helpful. The issue was solved easily and I received the paperwork needed promptly. I would definitely recommend this service and would use again if needed!
