Triple E Heating and Air

Troy was on time, professional and explained everything he was doing and why. The price was fair. We will be using Triple E for our hvac maintenance from now on. The company as a whole was on top of our appointment.

Triple E has been helpful, friendly, and professional every time we have had to contact them. They installed a new HVAC system for us over the summer and provided great service, including helping us with rebates. In addition, they included service for our new system as part of the installation. When Triple E came to provide its quarterly service, the tech discovered that the heat system had not been installed with the new system as it had been out of stock in the summer, and they sent a tech out a week later to install the heat system with no additional charge. Triple E is staffed with nice people who do good work.

As always Triple E was fast, efficient and very professional. I can’t express how happy we are with them!

Had an emergency during this heat wave Troy came out and was excellent at explaining everything to me that needed to be done! Troy was timley and thorough with the work! If any issues arise I will 1000% be using these services again!

Troy came out to assess our HVAC when it stopped cooling the day before. Troy listened to our concerns, quickly diagnosed the issue, had equipment on hand to complete the repair and did not try to upsell us on any additional products or replacements. Triple E was fantastic- will definitely use again if I have any problems. Within a day of my AC not working, they were on the scene. Mike arrived on time and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Explained to me exactly what happened and how to fix the issue. Great service and very friendly to deal with!

Our AC stopped working last night, and we called this morning to make an appointment. Troy came to fix our AC only a few hours later. The repair was thorough, effective and affordable. He even helped put boxes back in the attic after accessing the unit up stairs. This is the second time we’ve used Triple E, and we will never go anywhere else.

Originally we used a different company to perform the diagnostic and was told that the compressor had blown and we were looking at a full replacement of a 7 year old system. I was a bit skeptical because the compressor had been working the day before so I decided to get a second opinion and I am glad I did.

Troy came out and verfied that the fan & compressor were fine and was very confident about what part needed to be repair. They were able to pick up the part and install it within 2 days. So far the AC has been running great for a couple weeks (before it stopped cooling after a couple days).
