I’ve had Farnen & Dermer install my brand new AC unit recently and today they replaced my old leaking 40 gallon water heater with a brand new one but this one is even better according to the new HVAC codes. With each install I had a great, prompt, and satisfying experience. Their prices are fare and reasonable and these guys know what they’re doing. They provided exceptional service. Their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We recently replaced our heating/cooling system. It was not a planned purchase. They made the entire ordeal manageable. We couldn’t be happier. They’ve gained loyal customers from our family.

They installed our new steam boiler 4 years ago and have serviced it every year since. We get the same tech that knows the house and system. Easy on line scheduling. He was there within the window. Text alerts on scheduling and invoicing. Highly recommend them for serving older systems.

I rarely write reviews, but everyone at Farnen & Dermer deserves high praise! From my initial phone call to the installation of 3 new systems we could not have asked for a better experience. Professional, thorough, timely, polite (!), all worked to insure we had hot water and heat in one day (both systems died days prior). My only regret is that we did not find them 9 years ago when we bought our home. Thank you F&D!

We had farnen & dermer do a bunch of work at our house 2 years ago. One of the pipes they installed started leaking, and even though it was past the warranty they came out to make the repair without charging me. The guy was on time, thorough, and just a really friendly dude. We've had such a wonderful experience with this company and we will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs.

The entire process went very smoothly from getting the initial estimate to completing the job. Both my A/C unit and gas furnace were over 30 years old, so the time to replace them was long overdue. Replaced them with York units along with a new Google Nest thermostat. The installers arrived on time at 8am and finished at 2pm like they said they would. Very friendly and informative throughout the entire process.

Farnen installed a new hvac and central air in my home in March 2023. They did a fabulous job. Since they were not able to test the AC at the time, they came out last week and made sure everything was working properly. The Tech Shaun P was not only knowledgeable, he was friendly and answered all my questions.

Our 15 yr old system had died. Farnen & Dermer checked it and recommended replacement rather than sinking time and $$$ chasing repair. While I wasn’t thrilled about taking on the expense, Farnen & Dermer came out, checked the old system and had the replacement units installed by the end of the day. Farnen and Dermer technicians were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Ed inspected my hot water heater and determined it could not be repaired. Within 24 hours of his assessment, Keon arrived to install a new hot water heater, drain pan, emergency cut off switch, etc. Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable and treated my home with great care. Keon removed the old appliance and cleaned up after the installation. I previously used the company for an HVAC repair and blown shower diverter. So, I am a repeat and highly satisfied customer.
