Farnen & Dermer installed a new furnace and A/C unit. They were the 3rd proposal we received and had the best warranty. We received the proposal on a Thursday and they installed everything the next day! As we are seniors, we were dreading installing a heat pump. Farnen & Dermer was able to install a system without a heat pump!! The crew was on time, professional but friendly and cleaned up when the work was done. We HIGHLY recommend Farnen & Dermer!!

From our first conversation to the follow up AFTER our new AC/Heating system was installed, EVERYONE was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. We received four estimates and they are the only ones that followed up, gave recommendations upon the follow up with up and were responsive to both email and phone calls.

Our systems was installed on one of the first 90+ degree days of the year so far and they worked hard without ever commenting on how hot it was.

My previous HVAC servicer went out of business, so I researched and decided to try Farnen & Dermer. They scheduled an appointment the same week. I appreciated the text telling me the technician was on the way. Charlie P was pleasant and knowledgeable. After servicing my heat pump, he alerted me to an issue inside the system that should be addressed, but there was no pressuring me to do it immediately. I would highly recommend this company and I found their use of technology very helpful.
