Great company from intro to completion! Scheduling, estimate, service and appreciation - top notch! Team was friendly, helpful and made sure I understood everything about the ac unit and furnace, as well as maintenance. Shaun and Keon were fantastic!! Friendly, professional, personable. These guys are hard workers! My dishwasher was not easy to install and these guys went to great lengths to make sure everything was in tip-top condition and working order before they left my house. They also installed my gas stove. I know nothing about their line of work and they provided a service I definitely needed. I put my trust in them to get the job done and they did! They even brought their own broom and dustpan to clean up after the job was finished. I have relied on Farnen & Dermer for years for my furnace, AC… and now this. I am very pleased. So refreshing to see honest and hardworking folks— especially during this pandemic. Thank you!!

HVAC was making noise and we were having the hottest days of the year I was concerned. I called Farnen & Dermer. Being in sales I knew that part deliveries were being delayed. I was informed every day that they were on top of the situation. Even though I knew it would be a few days or so I felt comfortable knowing they were working on it asap. I finally received the part and I needed another part to go with it. They said no worries and picked up the part and now I have AC. Thank you for the piece of mind and awesome follow up. FARNER & DERMER are worth calling. Great to deal with . They are all about helping the customer. I will always use them and refer to those who can't find a good company. Nice and cool.

Tech was very pleasant, proficient and quick, answered all questions about visit and also services in general.

Techs very knowledgeable. Showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, ordered part and returned the next day to replace broken part on water heater. Very pleased with their professional service.

Very professional, he arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was fully completed. Mr. Shaun was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Definitely would refer and will use again if more work is needed. Unexpected work that needed to be done the appointment was made through the company's on the same day my unit was put in. Carmen & Dermer came to my rescue! Our AC unit stopped working on the hottest day of the year and they came out immediately to help assess the situation. Turns out it was clogged because the air filter had not been changed in over a year but they fixed it and got it all back in working order! They are the best and their technicians are so nice and knowledgeable! Thank you for your services!

Very quick response. Had a new hot water heater installed. Quick and professional. Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant.
2 years ago they installed a new air conditioning unit. Never had a problem. Very professional. So when the hot water heater needed replacement, I went right back to them. Would highly recommend.
