My two outside pipes had burst over the winter. One was behind the shower wall. Shaun P. was very professional and explained everything to me. He opened the shower wall and after fixing the pipe he added an access panel just in case this happened again. Great work! Thanks Shaun!

Friendly, knowledgeable folks on the phone were honest about potential problems getting parts. Got us in quick to replace water heater, and took a look at some problems with our furnace. During the Holiday season our HVAC system failed after 4 days without power in the worst part of a record setting cold snap. They came a 1/2 hour after we called and replaced the whole system that day! We slept great that night!

Just had Farnen and Dermer out to fix my circulation fan,, Glenn found the issue quickly and replaced the fan motor capacitor!! Back in business once more!!! In less than an hour my AC unit was pumping out cool air!!

Being new to the area I wanted to have my heating system checked prior to winter. I checked out several HVAC companies and settled on Farnen and Dermer due to their online reviews and they were the only ones to call me back after contacting them! Eric was here today and did a complete diagnostic/cleaning of my furnace. He explained everything and suggested several tips on how to improve its performance going forward! Overall it has been a great experience from the scheduling to the service call.
