    Our AC stopped working over the weekend so we reached out on Sunday afternoon to three companies that were all highly recommended. Triple E was the first to respond and Troy came the next morning on time as scheduled. He was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing (and clearly explaining) the problem and resolving it. I also had a follow-up discussion with the owner (Michael Ewing) regarding some questions I had and I found him to also be extremely professional and helpful. Despite the fact that our system is quite old and probably near the end of its life span, no one from Triple E tried to upsell us on a new system and, to the contrary, encouraged us to see if we can get another year or two out of it before incurring the expense of replacing it. HIGHLY recommend this company! And their annual service plan is a bargain and seems well worth it.

    If you are looking for a good, honest, responsive local company to take care of you HVAC needs call Triple E. Mario came out and gave us a very honest estimate of what we needed. After seeing several other companies and hear what they had to say and gave us their estimates we had to go with Mario and his team. They installed a Daikin unit with barely any wait time. They were able to use the existing dampers from my previous Carrier unit even though their competitors said it wouldn’t work. Unit comes with 12 year parts and labor guarantee which is the best deal out there. They didn’t have the unit I ordered so the manufacturer upgraded my unit for free. Great first experience. PS 4 weeks later my house is actually cold and my house have never been cold.

    You have to give these guys a call. I had a question about the app and Mario called me back right away. Couldn’t be happier.

    Troy was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I am a first time home owner so he took the time to explain things to me. Didn't charge me for any unnecessary repairs as our unit is new. Suggested we check with the company that installed the unit in regards to a warranty to save me some money

    Best bang for the the buck. Honest, reps. Good clean installation work. Update: Had slight problem after install. The service guy showed up and was very respectful. After the checkout explained what he found. During the conversation with him he told me about the company and how he liked working there.

    I just had to add to this post. This company has been wonderful. They have come out twice for a seasonal check of our system, but then the other evening I had to call their emergency number because our heat was not kicking on and it was freezing out, Mario called me back after maybe 5min. And he was wonderful, he walked me through some things on the phone and our heat kicked on. We are just so grateful for him and this company! Thank you!

    Very pleasant to deal with setting up an appointment to have my heating system replaced. Was told the tech would come between 8 and 830 am he came at 9 am, no big deal. Tech asked what we are doing to the system and what needs fixed, I thought this was a trick question but politely said your replacing the unit? He asked what's wrong with it, it's warm in here, it's broken my guy. He replaced the unit but failed to mention he didn't have the filter. When I called to pay, the nice lady mentioned the filter wasn't installed and they would need another day to come, I asked if they had availability same day and she finally said yes a tech will be there between 2 and 4pm. 430 noone has showed up or called. I called and they stated they would have the tech call me. I was now told by 7pm. I get a call again stating the filter isn't in the warehouse and that I would get a call the next day to have it brought when I got home. Noone called. I called again for the filter still never got a time for them to come out. This morning I called to get an update was told the tech will call me with a time, noone called, was told he "called" me twice but according to my phone log that wasn't true. I finally got in contact with the tech who brought the filters over. Turns out 1. Filter is the wrong size and 2. The blower motor is too low for it to fit so now they have to waste another day off of mine to come take apart stuff to make a filter housing. Easy to get in contact when it came for scheduling the service initially and when it came to money but when things weren't done correctly they almost fall off the face of the earth. I get things happen, but when communication goes away thats when I get frustrated, this was a $3,100 dollar service.
