Triple E Heating and Air

The service was held within the time given me. The technician was friendly and polite. He did his work with little delay and was done within 15 minutes. I had no issues so that also helped. I would recommend Triple E to anyone that asks.

I've had Triple E out twice; once for an emergency call and again for a regular service call. Both times I enjoyed on-time (even early in the case of the emergency call), professional service at a fair price. And they've proven they're not out just to make a buck, as they could have made a lot more money off me than they did and I never would have known the difference. They've also shown they appreciate their customers appreciating them. I can't say enough good things about Triple E and I hope they're around for a long, long time because I don't wan to have to call anyone else for my HVAC needs.

There are so many great things that I can say about this company. The quality is top notch, the technicians are friendly and answered any and all questions that I had. Had a new Daikin system installed today to replace original 27 year old system. Team was on time, professional, helped with setup of new thermostat, and gave good overview of the new system features. All of this was pretty much estimated and scheduled on-line with no troubles. Great company.

Mario was quick to identify and solve the problem with our HVAC unit. We have a new baby at home and Mario recognized the urgency of our situation in the middle of January! Despite having to special order the part we needed, the return to comfort was speedy and we couldn't be more thankful. He was incredibly polite and professional and I'm very pleased with the overall service provided.

We love Triple E. You feel safe when they are in your home. Very honest and knowledgeable.

Had Mike out to give an estimate on replace my 18 year old previous furnace & a/c unit. Very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and punctuality. Of the 5 companies I checked with, Triple E was VERY competitive and even offered more features with their Daikin units vs other "leading" competitors. After his visit, we couldn't beat the 1yr service and warranties on labor and parts. Pulled the trigger.

The install team showed up ALSO on time. Very professional and explained EVERYTHING they were doing and showed me around the new equipment. BIG kudos to Kirby, Anthony, and Damon. They also cleaned up the workspace, used booties, and put tarp down for a neat install.

Very good things to say about Triple E. Will use them again in the future.

Mike made the service call to straighten out the configuration of my dual fuel system. The builder's install contractor had it configured for single stage heat pump and my Nest thermostat confused this contractor. Mike had to correct the thermostat connects, redo configuration of all the control wire in the air handler/gas furnace and in the condensing unit. It is obvious, Mike is very knowledgeable.

I also had Triple E to install a mini split heat pump in my garage in April 2020. Mario and crew arrived and 5 hours later the 2 ton unit was up and running. Their workmanship appears to be very good, I didn't expect anything else. Thank you Triple E!

June 2020 had TripleE due the semi annual check up on the HVAC system. The tech Troy was very friendly and did a fine service.

Triple E is outstanding. Our furnace went up a few days before Thanksgiving. Triple E sent their man Kirby out the same day we called. They informed us they would need to order the part and that it would be almost half the cost a different local company quoted us over the phone. Our technician Kirby was super nice and very professional. We will use Triple E for all of our future HVAC needs.

Update: We had to get our AC serviced and called Triple E. Once again the technician showed up in a timely manner and the service was once again exemplary. If you I've in Reisterstown or Owing Mills then Triple E should be your plumbing and heating company.
