We love Triple E. Our AC decided to beak the night before our sons wedding. Troy came out for us all fixed it so we could get ready in a cool house. Triple E I Awesome!!! Thank you!

Michael was enthusiastic and determined to provide us the perfect HVAC solution, beginning the very first time we met. Our house is over 200 years old, making for some custom design / implementation adjustments. Triple E did not miss a beat! The work was performed flawlessly, by a professional and courteous installation team. The team arrived when they said they would and, remained on-site for the duration of the project. Unlike many other contractors we've dealt with, Michael's crew began and completed our project without interruption to complete other work. Michael was on-site the first day of the project and did not 'sub-out' any portion of the work.
Best of all, Michael made himself available in-person, by text, by email and, by phone the entire time. Prior to my current employment, I worked as a project manager for Clark Construction, LLC. I dealt with many subcontractors in that time. Not once did I deal with a sub as professional and competent as Michael and his crew!

Kirby and Anthony are the best. Polite well mannered and professional. Great job and fantastic customer service. Michael is a 10 in our book, no wonder we have used them for almost 30 years..happy New Year's!

Drivers need to operate their vehicles in a safe manner. Almost got runoff 795 this morning, then the driver proceeded to do 90+ mph to Franklin exit. You might be good at your trade, but you gotta get to the job safely and respect the road and fellow drivers.

He was right on time. Took care of my furnace and my thermostat. Worked cleanly and quickly and I was very pleased with the service Mike gave . Gave me a little lesson on how to use my thermostat. He was very polite and came wearing a mask.

Our heat broke down over night. Tech got here this morning to assess and came back this afternoon with the part. Got our heat running and our house warm quickly. Love this company!
