I'm very satisfied with this company's service. The owner is very responsive and professional. The technician arrived on time, and was courteous and efficient. After contacting a few other HVAC companies and finding their representatives to be rather gruff, dealing with Triple E was a pleasant experience.

Dennis was excellent. Answered all our questions. He was very nice, and had patients with all our concerns. We most definitely would like to have him back to work on our unit again. Triple E , kind people. Price is great.

My AC went out on a Saturday night and the highs were near 100 degrees. I called Triple E the next day and they had a technician out within 2 hours, on a Sunday! The issue was quickly diagnosed and they fixed it on the spot. They were a lifesaver and I'll be using them moving forward.

Troy with Triple E is awesome. He has come out to the house twice and makes sure everything is running perfect before he leave. The service plan Triple E offers is very reasonable IMO and for piece of mind, it’s a must have. You don’t want to experience a failing HVAC system during the heat of the summer or freezing winter. I had a new HVAC system put in Feb, Triple E price was competitive, not over priced like prices of home depot. The team were timely and professional. I had to call them back this month to get my AC running as a wire was mis connected, but that fix is a common one. All around happy with their services and would recommend them.

Needed service on my AC unit and Mario did everything he could to help. Upon realizing it was beyond repair, he helped me set up installation of a new unit with financing. Can’t recommend Triple E enough.
