    Very impressed!!! Placed service call in the morning. Technician came out in the afternoon. Problem found and repaired quickly and efficiently. Everyone we dealt with in the company was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

    I moved into a new home 3 years ago and have had issues with my A/C system in two of the three years (to no fault of EEE). From the beginning of the time EEE came to work on my AC, I made it very clear I was going to try to have all repairs covered under warranty. Mike told me that he verified my unit was not under warranty and initially charged me a total of $1,588 for the service he had provided. After the work had been done, I found out from the manufacturer of the equipment that everything was, in fact, covered under the warranty. I relayed this information to Mike and asked him to let me know the next steps to take. Mike emailed me back saying “They will cover $380 of the coil replacement we did yesterday. The $380 includes labor plus refrigerant. We will make the warranty claim and once they send us the check we will send you a check for $380. It usually takes 4-6 weeks.” He completely ignored the fact that I was told the entire cost is covered under warranty. Furthermore, he wanted me to wait until the manufacturer provided him payment before refunding my money, which is not how warranties work. I called the manufacturer back and they informed me, again, that everything is covered under warranty. I got back on the phone with Mike and the manufacturer, at which point the manufacturer reasserted that I should not be responsible for anything out of pocket. Mike claimed that the warranty he searched online was different than what the manufacturer continued to say my warranty was. Mike went on to say, had he been given the information that my unit was under warranty and the warranty would only have paid him $380 of the amount he charged, he would have rejected the work. While I can understand this point of view, it was not my fault that he did not do his due diligence to find out the equipment was under warranty, especially when I kept bringing it up. I informed Mike that I would be contacting my credit card company to stop payment as the manufacturer assured me multiple times I am not responsible for the repairs. Mike then threatened to take me to court and informed me he would not complete the repairs to my unit. Ultimately, Mike emailed me shortly after the phone call to say “Also, I reached out to my Daikin rep and I am actually qualified for higher rates than they told me. I am willing to refund you 100% of what you paid yesterday.” It was disappointing that in order for Mike to finally agree not to charge me that he had to find out he would get enough money from the manufacturer instead of doing the right thing from the beginning. Lastly, I would like to express that I was pleased with the work performed and information provided by the technicians who came out (Dwayne and Mario).

    After a $600 bill I would expect to know how to fix my air conditioning system. Unfortunately EEE was "unable" to find the leak and unable to repair my system. After coming back out EEE tried to replace a part that another company said did not need to be replaced. Additionally, my system had ZERO freon in it causing the compressor to overheat and die. I then had to replace the entire system. USE EEE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

    Mike came out on a special call on a Sunday when BGE Home (I have a service contract with them) couldnt make it until later in the week. Mike was on time, professional, thoroughly explained the problem and did a great job! I highly recommend Triple E!

    My heat stopped working and Mario of Triple E replaced the gas igniter in less than 30 minutes. He was fast, polite, and gave an all-around great experience. I will definitely use Triple E again!

    Picture this: BGE technician leaves this frazzled mom of three kids with the parting words "sorry mam, this is nothing left to do. Seems your air is broken." I am not sure if it was tears or sweat beading down my face as I frantically called random companies at 3:30 in the afternoon. My distrust in people usually prevents me from Googling random home improvement companies but I had a bunch of guests to feed in a few short hours. Triple E was the only company able to send me a technician who arrived within a half hour! I kid you not he could of charged me a grand and I would of paid it, it was that hot. The nice tech took minutes to figure out the issue and got it working for under $175.00. I was so thrilled when I felt that cold air blowing through the vents I could of kissed the guy but I figured a good review would suffice. Thanks Triple E!

    Prompt and professional service. EEE was able to come out the same day to inspect our non-cooling 2nd floor system and replace the capacitor to get it working again. Mike thoroughly explained our options - warranty repair through manufacturer vs immediate repair. Even though it would have only been a couple days to wait for the manufacturer's replacement part and we would have saved the cost of the part due to the warranty, we opted for the immediate repair given the weather forecast for the next couple days (high 80s). Mike was very good about sticking to the COVID-19 guidelines during the visit. Would definitely recommend EEE.
