Triple E Heating and Air

First off, everyone I've talked to who has had to replace their AC/heating unit has told me what a great deal I got, which makes me feel good about going with them. Secondly, they at no cost filled my old unit with freon until they could install the new one so I wasn't left without air, which was huge for me. I liked all their installers, who were very professional, and they also offer a great warranty for service and parts. My new system is incredible and efficient.

Once again Triple E Heating and Air, and their team (Mario) have gone above and beyond expectations. Called after 12 PM and received same day service, the air was working again by 5 PM! No reason to call ANYONE else. Mike and his team have proven over and over why they truly are the best Heating and Air repair in the area. Total Professional, excellent rates, awesome employees, first class customer service. No need to go anywhere else. Thank you guys for being a truly professional company that takes pride in what they do.

Mario did a great job. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it quickly. He also took time to explain the issue so I felt confident that he had resolved it.

EEE is the best. They are up front with pricing, make sure you’re informed about all your options and don’t try to sell you parts or services you don’t need. Troy completed the repair of our AC unit last minute on a Saturday and was prompt, friendly, professional and extremely thorough with his explanations of our issue and options to remedy. Couldn’t recommend EEE (and Troy) enough!

Triple EEE was recommended to me by two people, and as soon as I called them; I was able to book an appointment and schedule an installation within just a few days. Without a doubt, Triple EEE customer service deserves five stars explaining all the products they offer in detail, and answering all my questions with satisfaction. Triple EEE installed my A/C and Furnace in one day - competitive price, and they were very punctual, again, explained what they were doing, and most importantly I did not feel like I was being rushed off with a question or concern I had regarding the installation. Overall, I was very impressed with Triple EEE's dynamic team, knowledge of the products and industry trends, and most importantly, there overall stellar customer service!

Had an emergency call to them on holiday weekend Mario came out within 2 hours and got our ac temporarily working again till they could comeback and replace the system a few days later.

Mike came out the same day I called for an estimate to replace my 27 year old HVAC system. He asked me a handful of questions and surveyed the existing equipment. Was very knowledgeable and was glad to answer all of my questions. Was very honest in his estimates and did not try to up-sell me. Very fair price and was more than willing to work around my budget.

The techs that came out were awesome as well. Very polite, clean and unobtrusive. The techs were very cool, down to earth and answered all of my questions as well.

Needless to say, Triple E will be my dudes going forward!

Triple E has excellent technicians. Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable and get repairs done in a timely manner.

The annual club membership for $159 is worth it. This has been a Godsend when parts break and I need immediate service. Often repairs are covered and I get a discount on parts due to the club membership. The technicians and administrative staff are hardworking, courteous, and effective.

Mike came out and fix the fan blade adjustment so it wouldn't be hitting the side panel when the heat is on. Triple E does a great job. They installed my heating /ac unit and will be doing the maint. from here on out. Thank you, Mike and Mario for all your help.
