Triple E Heating and Air

Called at 9AM and has a tech to my house by 1030 the same day. Fixed the problems quickly and did a helluva job. Nothing but good things to say about these guys in the 3 times I have used them at my personal residence and rental condo.

Excellent service. Damon is the best! Other HVAC companies have tried to sell us on unnecessary repairs, but the service we have received from Triple E has been competent, honest, and fair. Highly recommended.

Good thorough company. Have been a customer for years. Recently had them install an Aprilaire unit which required a follow up visit. They were easy to work with and the cost seems fair.

The technician, Troy, was quick, very friendly, and on time for the appointment. He seemed very knowledgeable of the job at hand. I loved the service and would recommend this company to everyone.

I first used Triple E to replace a Large AC unit in a business in Reisterstown. They did a great job of installing everything without interrupting business and blocking the parking lot. I was so pleased with their work I also hired them to replace a broken AC unit at my house in Towson and then they even figured out how to install a radiant heater in another business in Owings Mills. Excellent service and pricing! Mike and Art are awesome!

A family member referred EEE to us and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Mike Ewing (the president of the company) bent over backwards to make sure we landed on the right unit at the right cost. Our new Daikin heat pump and air handler was just installed, and the installers (Kirby and Anthony) were totally professional, neat and thorough. They made sure I knew everything necessary before leaving the job. I wouldn't hesitate to pass the recommendation on to someone else. UPDATE (Nov.): Our system was installed at the start of the air conditioning season. Now, with colder weather setting in and using the heat for the first time, the unit (which is incredibly customizable) needed some adjusting to suit our needs. Mike not only came out personally on little notice; he also took the time to educate me thoroughly (he knows these systems inside out) on the kinds of adjustments that are possible and the pros and cons of each. Once again, he proved that it was a good decision doing business with his company. We couldn't be more pleased.

Our appointment was sometime between 1-3 and the technician arrived almost exactly at 1pm. He worked quickly and explained what he was doing. Also provided some maintenance tips for upkeep to prevent our problem from reoccurring.

I was really pleased with the timeliness of their arrival. They went to work after putting tarp down so the floors didn't get messed up. They got to work taking out the old system and putting in the new system! They tested the system and had me to check out the system once finished. They then cleaned up and left everything straight.
