The HB Home Team has always been very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Service has been excellent. Nick was very thorough on his visit today . He was very professional and explained things very well. Speaking with your office staff has been a pleasure .Crystal and Megan were most helpful when I called yesterday. Theresa has been a delight and super. In dealing with so many issues. Thanks to all!

I called HB Home Service for a repair of our radiant heating gas boiler which stopped working. They said they would send Bobby for a diagnostic first and they scheduled a 10-2 pm window for the visit. I asked if it was possible for him to come in the earlier part of the window or even earlier.

On the scheduled day Robert (Bobby) called an hour earlier than was scheduled to say he could come over which was perfect.

He was professional, very pleasant and very well informed. He explained everything as he did the work and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it at the same visit (I was expecting a separate visit for the repair).

The only comment I have is not for Bobby (who did the work very well) but for the company. Right now their policy is that the fee for the diagnostic visit ($99 in the first 15 minutes) would not be deducted from a future repair cost. That was surprising since most companies that charge a diagnostic visit would deduct that fee if we choose their company for the repair as well.

Otherwise, everything was very satisfying.

HB Home Service Team and Josh were able to get my AC back up and running quickly. I had been without AC for 2 days waiting for my Home Warranty and HB Home was able to come within 2 hours of my call. I’m very impressed with the service and will continue to use them.

Mr. Buckley was on time for my scheduled appointment today. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious. He was very respectful of my house. I appreciate his good and honest service. I highly recommend this company for not only service maintenance, but also replacement of air conditioning and heating units. I’ve been their loyal customer for almost 10 years.

I was pleased to hear such a bubbly voice on the phone. Received a same day appt window. My technician Joshua was fast, friendly and extremely helpful. Such a great experience despite a not so great situation (no air conditioning).

The tech went beyond to notice I had a humidifier underneath a nest thermostat to advise another location.
Not to say it would affect anything just not to cause any future problems.
Observant and informative. Good call.

They were professional throughout estimation and installation, helpful with all aspects of choice and purchase dad well as understanding financing options. They were respectful of my home and property and both equipment and site were neatly installed and appropriately clean/clear of debris afterward. They also provide duct and vent cleaning which I wish I had used them for (I had my vents cleaned by a third party earlier in the month). This is a great company that Inwould recommend to anyone.

I had two gas leaks and called this company Friday morning.

The lady who helped me--EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. She scheduled me same day to get accessed.

Patrick at HB did a great job installing some very finicky shower cartridges in our recently purchased home. He also checked the shower head flow and our tankless water heater for proper operation. We'll go to him for all plumbing needs.
