2/7/22 - Had my annual plumbing inspection done today by Joshua. He was great, courteous, answered all my questions and did a thorough inspection all through the house of my hot water heater, every faucet, shower toilet and all the pipes associated with them. HB Home takes care of all my plumbing and heating needs. They are a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Joshua!

Air Plumbing and Heating Solutions is one of the most efficient businesses I have ever dealt with. I am so glad that I made the decision to have them install my new HVAC system and the service they provide is outstanding. Nick B. was my most recent technician and did a very thorough job during my semi-annual inspection, making sure everything was properly working on my furnace. They are all a great group of people to deal with.
10/5/19 - Had to have APHS come out on a Saturday evening because I had a bad leak in the toilet of the MB that was affecting my downstairs ceiling. Scott came out on an emergency call and arrived within 30 minutes, after first contacting me immediately to give me his ETA and he was terrific. I can't say enough great things about Scott or this company. I have dealt with both the technicians and office personnel and each one of them have been very helpful, efficient and courteous.
1/8/20 - Hot water heater issues this time around. Matthew was my technician and he was very efficient and courteous, as are all the staff. Although the part needed to repair an 8 year old hot water heater took several days to arrive, I was very pleased with the service.
5/23/22 - Had my annual A/C system check. The service provided by HB Home is outstanding! They are so thorough! Always a pleasure dealing with the staff.
6/4/23 - Love the people who provide service for my HVAC system and my plumbing needs. Always provide excellent service.

Service agent was here on time. Was very pleasant, and inspected my unit with an all clear rating in a reasonable amount of time.

From the customer service, to Technician Cody. Air, Plumbing and Heating Solutions were very professional, and value the needs of their customers. I had a leak and Cody was able to identify, diagnose and treat the issue in a very short amount of time with the information he was provided. I will Definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Robert came out due to heat pump showing an error in the outside unit. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in no time! Thank you so much! Friendly, reliable, efficient service.

We just got a Mitsubishi HVAC system installed by HB Home Service to replace our gas furnace and central AC.
We are impressed by how well run HB Home Service is as a company. Lora is the sales person who convinced us that HB was the best choice. She had a much deeper knowledge of HVAC equipment and needed electrical upgrades than the folks in the other three companies we interviewed, and she was better at communicating with us afterwards. She came back when the team started work and stayed with them for a while. That's probably how she gets the same level of knowledge as the installers and can advise customers wisely and truthfully. The installer C.J. had impressive competence and was good at sharing progress updates and explaining how they were getting around obstacles encountered during the two days of work instead of trying to keep us off their hair as some installers do. Emily and other folks at the front desk kept us well informed of equipment delivery updates between Lora's visit and installation (that was comforting as it took 5 months for Mitsubishi to deliver the outdoor heat pump). Overall this was a very positive experience. We recommend HB Home Service to anyone who wants to deal with a well-run company with a surprising concentration of smart people.

APHS is local to 21133. They are knowledgeable, efficient and neat. It says a lot to me when the owner shows up to deliver equipment and help the crew get started. I really needed these guys to come through with a new HVAC system installation at a reasonable price and they did it!

Joshua was a gentleman from the start He was incredibly professional and represented his company well. His ability to recognize my issue and quickly resolve it has convinced me to make HB Home service my go to for all plumbing, HVAC needs in the future.

HB Homes Services were recommended to me. Several of my neighbors also use their services. I wanted someone I trusted to give my furnace a winter check, change the filter and let me know how it was working in general. Josh N. was right on time, made sure to wear a mask, put on paper booties so as not to mess my floor and got right to work. He was at my home approximately a half hour and then reported my furnace was in good shape. A welcome report for me! Josh was quiet and very professional and I now know I can call upon them for other issues that may occur! Thanks HB Home Services!!!
