Excellent service for years! Highly recommended. Woke up to a leak. Called and spoke to one of their awesome customer service agents. Although they had a full day, Patrick was able to get there, assess and fix it! He had an awesome attitude, very knowledgeable and cleaned up nicely!

We have used HB Home for the past 7-8 years for a number of plumbing, heating and air conditioning service needs.

HB Home employee Robert Buckley visited us today, since our upstairs air conditioning system has recently been struggling.

The news was not good (!) and we have some decisions to make, but I am grateful for Robert’s expertise, his many years of experience and most importantly, his honesty.

Great service call from Bobby as always. He redirected the HVAC flow, explaining what he was doing and why. He showed me how to adjust it myself and also answered some questions I had about different circulation functions. He recommended the most efficient settings. He also told me some neat stuff about historic systems in Baltimore City. A++, I always use HB for all of my HVAC. Thank you!

I really like the way that Mr. Foley takes the time to explain not only the issue, but how things are supposed to work. He is patient in his listening & really seems to know plumbing well. He took extra care to make sure everything worked properly before leaving.

Today's visit was to repair an oil furnace that was not coming on when it was below freezing outside. (It's the emergency heat for the heat pump system.) This morning it was in the 40s to when the person came for the repair. Of course, once someone came to service it, everything worked fine. All he had to do was increase the temperature on the thermostat. He spent close to an hour checking out the system but did not find any issues. The visit cost me $158. I was hoping for a break since apparently nothing was really wrong with it. That stung a little, but I guess time is money, and at least (fingers crossed) there isn't anything seriously wrong with the boiler. I guess I'll find out the next time the outdoor temperature gets below freezing.

Overall, I do recommend this company. They are always friendly, responsive, and professional.

We've used HB for some time to do regular maintenance on our home's plumbing needs. Early this year, we also hired them to clear and repair/replace our waste line. A couple months later, we discovered another problem related to the first. HB looked into it, and their team persisted until the problem was completely resolved, at no extra cost. Special thanks to Paul for his hard work and Greg for making sure we were well taken care of.

Chris Lamon was our technician and he was excellent. He was on time and thorough. He pointed out a piece of equipment for our humidifier that we need to replace but he wasn’t pushy about selling us, realizing that we have until the fall to replace it.

Knowledgeable, professional and thorough AC service. Chris Arrived at the time set and was unhurried and detail oriented. He answered questions and made suggestions that will help my system continue to run well.

Josh was prompt, courteous and left the spaces around our ductless units as clean as he found it. He answered the questions I had about the age and condition of our system. I will continue to use HB Home Services for our system’s maintenance.
