I've been using this company for over 10 years. The technicians are great and seem knowledgeable. Their billing process is questionable. I called them on 12/19/22 because my unit was icing up. They showed up promptly, and found I needed a new defrost board. The unit is only 18 months old so the part was covered under warranty. They did not have the part and needed to order one. This visit cost $176.18 for about an hour visit. I didn't hear back from Cool Breeze until I called on 12/29 to find the status on my part. They called back quickly, said they had the part and sent a technician out to install it. The technician was at the house for 30 minutes and installed the part. This visit cost $425. I called the company to find out why a part covered under warranty cost so much. I figured the bill would be about $100 for labor. I was informed the extra was for admin costs associated with the warranty claim. I don't understand why a part under warranty cost me over $300.

We've used Cool Breeze since we moved to Columbia 2 years ago (at 2 different locations) and are very pleased with their work and fast responses. Shawn & Will are very professional, capable and friendly technicians.

Cool Breeze installed my dual-zone HVAC System a couple of years ago. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 chaos, Cool Breeze was quick, thorough, professional, and the best price in town. Now I had a anomaly where one bedroom seemed to be cooler than the rest of the house. Cool Breeze accessed the situation, determined that the problem was a 'stuck' baffle, and took care of it right away. This company is great!

Shawn was thorough, knowledgable, and professional. He was able to solve our problem of not getting enough cool air to the upstairs rooms. I highly recommend him!

One of your company drivers sporting the tag 8EM5133 this morning at 7am on rt 30 felt he needed to save 10 seconds by almost hitting 2 cars on the bypass this morning (the truck’s passenger side headlight is out too). He almost hit the car behind me trying to get in front of them and cutting them off, and then myself later. He sped up knowing he didn’t have room to merge, yet decided to drive in the shoulder off the bypass, then cutting me off, to to the point I had to stop completely because he didn’t care and was just going to hit me. I sadly can’t upload video, but he then used a turn lane to cut off more traffic. Based on his route, I can only assume this one belongs to the Owings Mills branch.

So glad he saved those seconds to maybe get to work a minute earlier? Doubt this will make any difference, but don’t be surprised if this driver causes an accident in one of your cars sporting your company name. It’s a really good look.

Cool Breeze Heating and Air was very easy to work with, showed up on time, and were knowledable of the product. Will use again

Cool Breeze's crew has always been top notch and does great work. They use booties to enter the home and clean up after their selves. I would recommend using them highly.

Although one problem, which was fixed, caused an unheard noise in outside. The very next day, Shawn Wynne came out, trouble shot, and found a frayed wire that had not been attached securely.
Now all is good as new!

We have used this company for 17yrs now and have always been more than happy with their service all around! Our furnace recently stopped blowing air and Kim was very responsive and able to schedule us quickly. Jeff was very knowledgeable, friendly, skillful, on time, and gave us straightforward honest pricing.
