Our Heat pump died and Cool Breeze first sent out Jeff. He designed a system to not only fit our needs but provide energy efficiency. I would like to personally thank Erik, Steve, Howie, Brian for a super professional job. As a team they worked in perfect harmony with each other. They went through every detail with me and made sure the system was functioning at optimal performance. I highly recommend this company. Other companies were telling us it would be several months before we’d be able to get a system installed due to unavailability. I don’t know how they did it but they came through for us. It’s no longer 93 in my house. Thank you Cool Breeze.

Howard ("Howie") was amazing - knowledgable, explained very clearly what the issue was, and thorough in the flushing out the problem.
Additionally when I called on a MONDAY morning as my AC went off Sunday afternoon, the staff was so empathic and promised and delivered service within an hour. My AC was back within an hour.

Used cool breeze when my air conditioner went up on what seemed like one of the hottest days of the year. The company sent someone out quickly. My technician was Chris. He was an absolute delight! He showed up on time and walked me through what was wrong and what he was doing… and dumbed it down for me to make sure I understood because I know nothing about these systems. Even made sure I knew the optimal way to run my system. Will absolutely use them again and hope all of their techs are as patient and thorough as Chris was!

Pleasant experience! The company sent Chris to our home for some pretty extensive repairs. We expected things to take more than one day, but Chris was knowledgeable and clearly had great experience and was able to get us up and running in one visit. He was professional and prompt. Next time we need someone to come out we will definitely be requesting Chris!

I feel very hesitant to post a five star review as we had more than one issue and freezing night because of Cool Breeze and malfunctioning hardware. Erik turned our attitude completely around with his unwavering professionalism and expertise. Erik was a phenomenal technician that not only met my panic with a calm demeanor but exceeded the call of duty in addition to mine and my husbands expectations. Thank you Erik for going above and beyond and for preventing frost bite; instead of spending hours with the BBB to ensure my complaints were addressed I’m here writing a five star review due solely to Erik’s credit. Jeff and Kim while personable and helpful, did not allay the concerns I felt or go the extra mile that Erik did.

I want to acknowledge the excellent work Cool Breeze does in preventive maintenance and repair of my AC systems. Preventive maintenance kept my systems going another five years. Where there was an issue Eric, patiently showed the causes of my system breakdowns and the approximate cost to repair. Knowing beforehand the potential repair cost allows to make a better decision and eliminate surprises. Eric performed the leak test and showed me exactly where the A coil failed and why it was beyond repair. He showed me one unit had filled up with water. With the replacement of the units I have seen a significant reduction in the electric bill by over 50%.

The initial estimate appointment impressed me right off the bat. I learned everything I needed to know to make an informed decision and to choose this company to install my new systems versus the others I'd had estimates with. Jeff was not trying to sell me anything I didn't need. All around excellent people to work with. Kind and friendly as well as trustworthy and punctual.

We just had a new home built and Cool Breeze did the heating and air portion. They have since come out to install my Nest thermostat and then again to check on some condensation I was having. They were quick to answer the phone and send someone out both times. Erik did my thermostat and Tom checked on the condensation. Both were on time, professional and helped me out!

We have been using Cool Breeze for years and have never had reason to switch companies. They are always accommodating and efficient. The techs are the most knowledgeable and courteous. We just had Jim Brown out for a maintenance check and he was great-as is every employee we’ve had contact with. Have recommended them many times.
