Cool Breeze

On Friday June 29, 2018 my a/c was not cooling sufficiently and the temperature was rising inside. I called Cool Breeze and got an appointment for that afternoon. A very hot weekend was looming and I had 5 family members from out of town staying with me. Eric quickly diagnosed the problem and went well out of his way to get the needed part -- a replacement fan motor -- for me that afternoon so the repair could be done immediately. I am very grateful for the very efficient and helpful service provided by Eric and Cool Breeze! It saved us all from what otherwise would have been a very uncomfortable weekend! I highly recommend Cool Breeze and the service provided by Eric!

Erik Tuminnello was my service technician today for an issue with the electronic air cleaner. Erik knew exactly how to address the problem and corrected it in a timely manner. Erik is a polite, personable guy who is very knowledgeable about heating/cooling systems.

The AC of my condo went silent on the day when it went on the market, and it was sweltering hot! I desperately called around, and only Cool Breeze responded and dispatched service within an hour. That just saved my date. And their price was quite reasonable.

I was going to hire this company but the man that answered the phone was so arrogant and condescending when I was asking some questions that now I would never even consider it. Spend your money where you're appreciated and spoken to properly!
