    I chose this company because it's affiliated with Sears and I thought I would get quality. NOT THE CASE.

    I had new kitchen countertops, cabinets, and a sink installed. The finished product does not look like the work of professionals. I always referred to the as the Bad News Bears. I had to call the attention of the workers to small visible issues as well as blatant imperfections. The corrections they made are sloppy and some of my cabinets have some sort of rubbery substance on then that they used in an attempt to correct some of the issues. These areas look dirty but it's the goop they used. I had to pressure them to cover the black nail marks on/in my white wood trim because they said they don't paint. I had to get new blacktop on my driveway because they left a lot of white splatter that didn't come off with the pressure washer spray. I had to make them aware of the many imperfections in the backsplash grouting. They left a big mess every time until I spoke up about it.

    I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE!

    I had new flooring installed in my basement, and after several weeks delay due to the pandemic, the installation was completed in a day and a half. The installers went to work right away when they arrived; they were very courteous and did a great job. The furniture was moved back where it was and if I decided it should go in a different location, they had no problem moving it were I wanted it to go. I am very happy with the work that was done and would recommend Sears.

    Two weeks ago I bought with sears home improvement my hvac system the seller on their respective visit to my house promised me that they would put new insulation on my ducts so that I had no more loss of air on the day of the installation I talk with the technician about the insulation on the ducts and he told me that in his paperwork he had nothing about solving the problem of my loss of air in my dutcs. 4 days ago we heard a drip in the new hvac System we called customer service reporting the problem and with very bad attitude from customer service we were informed that within 24 hours someone would call to schedule the day they would come to review the System and there are more than 48 hours and no one calls, bad decision with sears.

    Had a new A/C unit installed in April 2022 - broken by July. Sears subbed out the install and the installer refused to return a second time after appliance broke - stating that it was a faulty filter that shut the system down (filter was replaced two weeks prior) and insisting that I would need to pay 200.00 for a follow-up visit.

    Blue Dot came out and said the new piece is faulty and that it froze up the furnace. Still waiting for someone to contact me and make this right. It's hot and we are handicapped.

    The contractors were very skilled and courteous. They arrived nice and early and worked into the evening each day. They were very hard workers and the flooring they installed looks great. I highly recommend using them if you are in need of new flooring.

    The sales representative did a great job. Production of the windows took longer then expected. Scheduling the installation was a little difficult but they communicated well. The installation was great. Overall I am satisfied!

    I had a great experience with Sears Heating and Air Conditioning. Eric the sales person was great and delivered what he promised and Chris and Duffy the installers did a great job in a very short time. They left my home better than they found it. Thanks for a great job.

    Bath/shower enclosure not installed correctly due to faulty measuring by company. Flooring installed with gaps between floor and wall trim. Vanity arrived damaged and reordering delayed project 9 weeks with no bath faucet. Customer service won't return phone calls - email only. Installer was a nice guy but I am overall dissatisfied. I won't recommend company.

    * Very professional installation group. The job required two days to complete, but the installers ensured we had a/c for the night. Ensure the contract has everything you requested spelled out. There is where minor issues happened, on my HVAC replacement.
