Nicolas arrived on time, put on the appropriate footwear because of the rain and mud outside, and finished the job expeditiously. Everything was working well when he left. Furthermore, Nicolas was very pleasant personally.

Too expensive. My HVAC duct was broken. They fixed it just one side, and they missed to fix the other side, though I requested them to check properly. I called and they came and fixed the other side with few minutes. It was basically the same job (just taping) but charged (more than $100) for that job. It is expected that they would not charge for what they missed on the first day. It is their responsibility to check thoroughly and fixed the problem. They charged twice for the same job. Absolutely , not recommending.

Technician Robert Buckley was fantastic! He’s always been courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable when he’s worked on our HVAC units. Today he fixed our upstairs AC unit and PM’d both. He was efficient with time and all around excellent!
