I am very happy with HB a home service. All there technicians are very prompt, professional and informative.

Mitsubishi ductless system install. 2 heads, outdoor unit. CJ and Justin were totally professional, friendly, and accommodative to our needs. They cleaned up indoors, respected the outdoor landscape, and left the entire job as though they were never here. The price quote was competitive, but the professionalism and attention to detail makes the overall experience totally pleasurable. Thanks very much. Highly recommend. I had Chris, the technician call me within FIVE minutes of placing the service request. He arrived in 30 minutes. Not only did Chris fix the problem , he gave me tips to help performance. Big plus. a dog lover.

This most recent visit was a routine service call, but as always, the HB team is thorough, courteous, and reliable. I have had A/C systems installed as well as a hot water heater installed in addition to regular maintenance, and HB has always provided such great service (from the office staff to sales to technical service) that I have had no need to seek other providers.

Robert arrived quickly , diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and made necessary repairs same day. He didn’t try to upsell but was honest about the life of the unit for the future. Super happy with HB and will be using them for any future repairs !
