I had a great experience with Farnen and Dermer. My heat pump broke and withing 24 hours of contacting them, they installed a new system and had my home cool again. The installation crew and diagnostic technician took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how simple or basic. They cleaned up everything and were personable and polite the entire time.

Farnen & Dermer were excellent people to work with from start to finish. They were professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions (and we had A LOT of questions.) They provided the lowest estimate and best warranty among the other HVAC companies we asked for estimates. We have no complaints and love our new system. Thanks, Farnen & Dermer!

Much to my surprise I had to replace my indoor heating and air conditioning unit. It was very easy as always to get an appointment and the two gentlemen that came out were prompt, efficient, and caring. RJ Silverman arrived first, I showed him around because he had never been here before. He got right to work and was soon joined by John. They work together well and had the system up and running in no time! I appreciated their efficiency and the fact that they were very kind and friendly toward me. I felt that I was in good hands and took comfort in the fact that they knew exactly what they were doing. Not really looking forward to any additional work, but in the event I would need someone from Farnen and Dermer, I would welcome them back in my home knowing I could trust them.

Fantastic service! We needed the first floor air conditioning replaced and F & D responded promptly and were there the same day because it was the hottest day of the year! They even cut the bushes around my outside air unit! The installers were really nice and answered every question. Customer service followed up and made sure that we were satisfied and that the unit was working. I highly recommend Farnen & Dermer for your air conditioning.

Our go to provider for HVAC support. Eric did a great job and proactively pointed out an unrelated plumbing issue I need to have addressed. I appreciate him doing that and preventing something minor from becoming a larger issue.

We are repeat customers for Farnan & Dermer. They already installed an AC unit and furnace in 2020 and we have been extremely happy with their service. When our 2nd unit needed to be replaced, I received a few quotes and Farnan & Dermer’s quote was the best. This time we went with a ductless mini split. They did a wonderful job answering all our questions about the new system. During installation, they were professional and efficient. We highly recommend them.

Thank you to Farnen and Dermer for being able to come out first thing this morning to help us fix the hot water heater and get us back in action. Shaun P was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, very courteous and responsive. We have used F & D for many years on various projects and been very happy and this was no exception.

Guy came out and barely looked at my furnace. But did suggest I replace my 5 year old furnace for $8500 without a second thought. Wouldn’t even bother to diagnose the issue, which was a $10 pressure switch that an actual HVAC repairman came and made, unit has been working ever since.

Don’t use these people if you actually want your unit repaired and not replaced to of their pockets with commission.

Charlie is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His expertise helped me to understand my system and feel comfortable with the boiler system in my house. He took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through checking my system. I couldn't thank him enough for the knowledge he provided. Definitely an asset to the Farnen & Dermer team! I will definitely have all of my systems serviced through Farnen & Dermer moving forward, all thanks to Charlie's top notch service!!

After receiving many quotes for replacement of our HVAC system, we decided to go with Farnen & Dermer b/c of price and the configuration of the system met our needs.
