Farnen and Dermer were very reasonably priced. More importantly their turnaround time and execution was exemplary.
Charlie and team came out to visit us first.They shared with us what we already knew. We needed a new furnace/air conditioning unit. The entire team came out at 12 o’clock same day and only an hour after we said to change it out.
They removed and installed our entire system on the same day. It’s nice to get a reasonable price and great service. It’s even better to know that the people that worked all day for you we’re having fun joking around and getting along great. You have a great group of people thank you for your help

This week my wife & I had a new Trane HVAC system installed by Farnen & Dermer Inc. We are happy to share that we are completely satisfied with their service, expertise, and overall results with the increased level of comfort at home. We appreciate Charlie, Mike & James who provided superb service for us. We highly recommend them.

Had to have some work do get the A/C going again. Came out on time an was able to fix it on the spot. Great company, been using their services for eight years!

Work was done very professionally. The people on the job acted in a very professional manner. This house can have no open flames due to oxygen use. They complied with a time frame to remove all oxygen before using torches. They were very caring letting know when we could resume oxygen use. The work area was policed very well, no debris was left for us to clean up. They even supplied runners on the steps and cardboard on the floor to hasten their clean up. The estimate, installation and follow up was more than expected. I would recommend Farnen & Dermer to anyone who needs their services. I will use them for maintenance of their systems in the future. 5 Stars and above.

The guys have done lots of jobs for us over the years. They always are quick to respond, especially on emergency work. My AC went out on a Saturday night this summer and I was able to get someone that night and they had it fixed the next morning. My water heater went out and we were able to get it replaced next day. They are very accommodating with special requests and won’t push any one brand or approach. They do excellent work and will be my first call on just about any job.

I needed an emergency service call on the weekend. Eric was very professional. I was able to have my system fixed rather quickly- in my opinion, the pricing was very reasonable especially since I needed something on the weekend.

Farnen and Dermer have taken care of our heating and A/C since we bought our house in 2002. They explain things clearly, maintain the equipment well, and have reasonable prices. I only think about the system we have now every six months, during maintenance time.

They continue to be great. I have been using F and D for years. I just bought a home and needed two new HVAC systems installed due to the age of the existing units. Ed came out for a quote yesterday, and today they were installing. This included a crane because the units had to go up to the fourth floor roof. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Five star performance.
