We had a pipe blow a fitting on Christmas night. Due to lots of people having the same problem, it took a couple days. Austin came out, assessed the issue quickly & came up with a solution. Asked him about a potential problem & he resolved that quickly also. Knowledgeable, polite, efficient. Very good experience.

Very professional and courteous. Answered all our questions during HVAC systems installation. Finished product looks great!! Would recommend to everyone!!

02\21\2023: More recentlty, I had a really good experience with a technician that went the extra mile to ensure my heater is functioning. He diagnosed the problem, verified the part was availalbe, got the part and had my issue addressed within seveal hours. Very impressive.

Technician was knowledgeable and professional. He showed respect for my home and left a clean work area. Great customer service. Thank you!!

They installed two 3-ton systems in March. I had them come out three times before a tech figured out it was installed wrong and fixed it-- in the summer. I pay $$$ monthly for Advantage but when I call you get an appointment their "first available" is 6+ weeks away. Then they don't show up.
Should've gone with a different company, this is pretty frustrating for having spent so much- more than my annual income.

Wyatt and Spencer were the technicians that came out and when I say they were really good and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend them

John was our serviceman. He was here early walked us through all that he was doing and explained what he was doing. John was the best serviceman that we have ever had. He went above and beyond what his job required. We highly recommend John and Neil Harris for your HAVC needs.

I have a wall heating and cooling unit that was making all kinds of noises. Wyatt and Spencer are hooking me up with a new unit. Expensive but the right solution. Those 2 guys were great!
