First time using the company and they were able to come out right away. The pricing was fair. They were friendly, knowledge, and made suggestions what we could do to make our furnace last longer. They did a great job! Very thorough too! Provided a good report afterwards. I'll be using them for now on.

Jordan & Oscar did our duct work cleaning today. They were an absolute amazing team. I can’t believe what they found in my duct work.
I would highly suggest getting this done. Neal Harris has a great team of people. Crystal was the sales person and she was very detailed and knew what she was talking about.

You will be surprised what you will find. Whether you have a new house or an older home or maybe like me a remodeled home never know what you’re going to find.

They found everything from tile pieces to shreds of wood, nails, door stop, sheet rock mud, staples, trash…., masking tape, (this one is my favorite) brand new pack of Camel 🐪 cigarettes.

Clean your ducts and breathe better today. Plus I know my furnace and AC will Run much more efficiently. If I am lucky I might save some $$ on utility bills 💵!

Steve, Mario, Ron and the rest of the guys were great. The entire experience was beyond positive. They installed a tankless water heater and it's awesome! Same company dude my HVAC as well, same results. This is my go to company forever. Give them a call if you are in need of their services, you won't be disappointed.

Sadly I did not and will not use Neil Harris for a plumbing service. I needed a specific plumbing issue fixed, but was given other things around my home that needed to be serviced as well. The quote given was astronomical and repairs couldn't be made until the following week....? This not only would have been an inconvenience but wasted water by the gallons.
I called another service for a second opinion, and the problem was fixed that very day for a fraction of the cost.

Troy and Chad were awesome team members. They explained everything thoroughly and were very helpful on getting me signed up for the maintenance membership. Troy had the part we needed and installed it quickly, and got us taken care of. Couldn’t be happier with Neal Harris! J

Crystal and Kevin are both excellent. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and they do great work. They are transparent and give clear explanations about what problems they see. When I need my next service I will be requesting these two.

Hi - I had quite the unique job, Chris G. with Neal Harris came out and gave me a reasonable bid for my unique job, other companies gave a very vague bid (higher than Neal Harris) or wanted to charge just to bid the job. The actual price came back right where expeceted. The whole team was pleasant and did the work as expected. Thanks!

I’m a big fan of HVAC maintenance, I’ve made the mistake of not and paid dearly for it in the past! Neil Harris installed this new system a couple of years before I bought my condo so I’ve had them babysit my system ever since. They were great about teaching me what I needed to know for in between regular maintenance work. Always prompt and friendly in person as well as by phone. No “surprise” unneeded repairs-you know what I’m talking about!

I had a whole house plumbing inspection as part of my contract for HVAC inspection. Pieter Horn was the technician who did the inspection. He was on time, professional and very nice. I would have him back to my home at any time in the future.
