    Technician was professional and courteous. For some reason, however, they set my thermostat to 78° and left it there. I came home from work 10 hours later to a very warm house while natural gas prices are at an all time high. Not looking forward to that bill.

    Shea and Dakoda came over and took good care of my aging Grandmother. They got her in a system that was affordable and easy with payments. They are top notch and went above and beyond! I'm very satisfied with how knowledgeable they were, responsive without any delays with information, I completely recommend these 2 to service your house!

    The thermostat installed with our new furnace was very technical to use and I never mastered it's use correctly.

    I decided a change was necessary. Mo, Neal Harris Service Tech, was assigned to install a more friendly thermostat. He selected an excellent thermostat and went about removing the old thermostat and installing the new one.

    After the installation was complete, he demonstrated how the thermostat was to be used and then had me manipulate the thermostat to the desired settings and features. Very easy to use!

    Mo was very professional, knowledgeable about the new thermostat and installation, and an excellent instructor. Great job Mo!

    I would highly recommend requesting AJ the technician from Neal Harris to service your HVAC. Extremely knowledgeable and after 4 additional visits from other Neal Harris technicians in 3 days, was the only one able to accurately diagnose and fix a wiring issue caused by the initial Neal Harris tech during a routine seasonal tune up. After being told by the 4th Neal Harris technician that we would need to completely replace our furnace, Neal Harris sent AJ out who quickly diagnosed the issue and had it up and running again within the hour.
    We paid $300 in total between the tune up and the 4 additional tech visits and still did not have a solution. AJ sensed our frustration and did not try to upsell anything or bill us anything additional for fixing the problem so I hope Neal Harris compensates him the full amount we paid and then some because his service is well worth it.

    The schedule time was adhered too. The service of the A/C was done in the schedule time frame. After the tech ( Andre ) completed the the service of the A/C unit. He explained in details the end and outs of my air conditioner. Things to look for in the future, just in case the A/C starts making noises. I really appreciate all the information given on the future needs of my A/C.

    Daniel M. from Neal Harris Service Experts provided excellent service at great cost! Our furnace was out and he was able to repair it quickly. He never attempted to upsell extra repairs and was very timely and competent. We had a great experience with Neal Harris and would recommend their Priority+ (Free) or Maintenance+ (10/mo.) programs. Wonderful experience!

    Very professional!! I am a land lord they worked with my tenants schedule to install a new water heater and HVAC unit!! There was communication between all the parties. I have used them for my person home! Would recommend to everyone!!
