He was very thorough in the inspection and operation of the system. He answered my questions and concerns in a professional and understandable manner, and I could not be happier with the complete service.

    For many years, my household has enjoyed HVAC sales and maintenance with Neal Harris. A few years ago, I purchased an entire HVAC system from their company (furnace, air-conditioner, humidifier, de-humidifier, and air purifier), all under a ten-year warranty. When it was near time for seasonal air-conditioner servicing, I realized there was an unusual noise, which was subsequently diagnosed as an exhaust fan problem. Under warranty, the new part was no cost to me, but its installation would cost a few hundred dollars, not in my budget or what I expected! A. J., the service tech who installed the new part and who also serviced my A/C system, said he understood my viewpoint, but could not alter the charges for me. When I called the Neal Harris office, Gracie was very understanding and helpful, and said I would need to speak with Chris Brown, their service manager. When I spoke with Chris, he also was very professional, as well as understanding. He offered me a reduction in repair cost that was 100% acceptable to me.!

    If I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would. My hvac died and it was 20 years old. The tech came out and then sent a supposed nice young woman named Crystal Riley, aka Crystal Bates, aka Crystal Mathews - a slew of other names I later found with a nice criminal history. Girlfriend looked it with her many tats and piercings. I was sick, had surgery scheduled and air was out. She pulled all the gimmicks - it was hot, would not give me portable air unless I signed, and only then sent contract and never showed back of contract. Well I am legal - turns out contract was not at all what she said - she never did give me all financing options. BEWARE ADVANTAGE PROGRAM IS A TOTAL SCAM - it is NOT ten years at 0%. I went in hospital and told her to get me out of contract. Said she would but didn't and left harassing voicemails on my phone yelling at me that I changed my mind and was "going back and forth on her" and that she was "transparent." She was not transparent, outright lied - and I had to let hospital let me get on computer and sign a get out addendum that i knew about - I had only 24 hours left - and only knew this after reading contract. They VIOLATED the CONSUMER LIEN PROTECTION ACT - they put mechanic liens on your house and they don't tell you this - it is on back of contract which I never got - and you don't even own the equipment after 10 year financing which makes you double for it even though it is supposedly a buy at zero percent. NEAL STEAL HARRIS is worst scam ever- STAY AWAY - and they prey on seniors. I called the general manager HARRY GRIFFITTS who practically laughed in m face - this is standard practice for them. DO NOT EVEN TALK TO NEAL STEAL HARRIS - they sound good up front but they will try to rip you blind. I am pursuing them under the federal act and reporting them to state and fed authorities. STAY CLEAR. SCAM. Worst experience ever. At one time a long time ago they were good company - those days are over.
    UPDATE - if the General Manager would do nothing, Harry Griffits - head of the region - why would I contact you again? You need to STOP ripping people off, particularly older, sick vulnerable people and it just may take a big legal action to teach you a lesson. Keep a look out - you have earned what's coming....
