    The service reps showed up on Christmas eve to fix our furnace that wasn't working (this is the time frame where it was sub zero with the wind chill). Moe did a great job and Andre followed up with the part to make fix.. There was an issue with the billing but Penny was great in resolving this and walking me through what we needed to supply her with. Highly recommend Neal Harris Service Experts

    Worst company! They sent me a review but I couldn’t post to Google unless it was 5 stars. Buyer beware! Called them for a replacement of my furnace flu pipe. Showed up with a salesman to sell us a new furnace & sell me their maintenance plan. Got my quote decided to have them complete it however the repairman showed up with the wrong flu pipe as he didn’t measure it last time he was there and instead of getting the right parts and finishing it he wanted me to call in and setup another appointment and make sure it was him as he would be the only one who knew the size of the pipe. This was after he proceeded to sell me his maintenance plan which we told them we weren’t interested in. As a person who works from home this was a complete waste of 2 hours for a company who doesn’t know how to do repairs or understand customer service. What a joke! Repairman continued to assure me he was doing customer service and not selling. I’m not sure he knows how to repair as my flu pipe was removed then he figured out he didn’t have the correct one and didn’t put it back on correctly.

    Our Service Tech, AJ Berwick was a true Pro. Quickly diagnosed our problem and got us back up and running (heat just in time for an unseasonable cold spell). He knows his stuff. Also courteous and came on an evening urgent request.

    After years of utilizing two mainstream homeowner warranty with no satisfaction and high out-of-pocket expenses, I decided to go with Neal Harris. They installed two new AC sytems, two heating systems, and changed my 25-year old hot water tank with an in-line hot water system. Since then I had semi-annual maintence on both AC and heat systems and annual hot water flushing without needing to schedule it myself or without any additional out-of-pocket expenses.
