A new, high-efficiency A/C was needed to replace a fading 10 yo system, which also required updating the furnace and thermostat. Kevin, Gino, and Justin were on time, explained what they needed to do, and efficiently got on with it. In spite of an unexpected snag (replacing a breaker), they were even able to finish a little early.

Spencer and Brad came to my house today for my Spring maintenance. They did an excellent job. Checked everything, made me aware of potential problems and answered all my questions. Two really nice guys too. Excellent job.

Roy, the service technician completed my A/C system maintenance. Professional and precise. Good service. Raymond was sent to inspect the plumbing. He was great, got in and explained a lot to me. Helped educate me on potential issues, highly recommend him.

Every employee that comes out from Neil Harris is consistently super professional, courteous and helpful. I've never had a bad experience.. I've never even had an OK experience.. it's always been excellent. I'm on their monthly plan where I get free inspections and will continue that program as long as it's offered. Very pleased!

Service was originally scheduled and tech didn't show up or even call to give a heads up. After calling the main line and talking to Penny, maintenance was rescheduled. Mike and Wyatt showed up on time and were very professional and pleasant. Mike was the most thorough tech I've had, took the time to do some extra work for cleaning that no other tech had done.

Andrea was our technician.
Very polite and he is the only one of the techs after all these many years that checked our humidifier. He found that there was a problem with the water line. And the filter needed to be replaced. He gave me several options of what I could do to fix the humidifier but ultimately we decided to have Andrea change the whole water line and install a newer filter.
He got on his phone and called what I assumed was his boss and they discussed the problem. He needed equipment so he left all his tools here while he ran out to his shop in Kansas to get what parts/equipment he needed to fix the humidifier.

He returned sooner than I expected. He got right to work. The humidifier was working great when he was done with it and he focused on finishing checking out the furnace unit which was running perfect.

Andrea was asked to wear a mask while in our house and he had absolutely no problem and immediately put one on. When he returned from his Kansas office he also remembered to mask up before he entered our house which surprised me. "" Thank you Andrea for caring.""

I TOLD ANDREA I WOULD REQUEST HIM FOR OUR SPRING AIR CONDITIONER SERVICE. HE SAID; "THANK YOU." and as he left he stated; "See you in the spring!"
Andrea was one of the best service techs we have had over our 40 years with your company.

The day was scorching hot and our air conditioner went out. I called every air conditioner repair company but only one company answered. A repair man from the company by the name of Mo showed up the next night. Even though the company was bombarded with many people needing a similar repair, Mo showed up! He didn’t stop working until everyone on his list was serviced. My family was last on his list. 20:30pm Mo called to see if it was ok to come and take a look at our air conditioner. We said yes because it was soooo hot!! Mo came, diagnosed, explained the issue and repaired our air conditioner. Mo also recommended that we have our air ducks cleaned, which is a service they provide.
We are very cool thanks to Mo😃❤️😃Thank you so much for being professional, kind and dedicated to your craft!!!! We need more companies with such compassion for his job.

We used Neil Harris, on recommendation from a family member who had used them, after our AC failed. We opted to replace the aging HVAC system and water heater, and Shea did a wonderful job walking us through our options and setting us up with a system that was right for our home.

Kevin, Justin, and Hugo installed our HVAC system and were punctual, friendly, and thorough across a lengthy, involved install process. Brandon handled our water heater install and, again, was on-site first thing the morning of install and completed the work expeditiously with minimal disruption. Shea followed up with us throughout the process, ensuring that all was going smoothly.

Very grateful that we opted for Neil Harris after our AC failed during one of the first hot stretches of the year. The technicians were all very professional and friendly and we're grateful to feel cool again!

Chad and I forgot the name of the technician that came out with Chad but they were very professional. They did a very good job. Explain everything well and took care of all the tune-up needs. I recommend them. They're very professional
