The service technician John H. was extremely thorough and was very helpful in explaining how are furnace and humidifier work. He checked everything. Was very impressed with him.

On time, perform annual maintenance for AC, discuss any issues of concern if any, and provide detailed information on maintenance updates. Would highly recommend Neal Harris.

Honest, thorough, and great customer service. Techs give good sound advice and are not pushy. They also will tell you if something doesn't need replaced when it doesn't. They will however tell you what needs attention and the honest severity of each thing. I wish more companies were as honest as them.

I would highly recommend using Neal Harris. My air conditioner broke and I had a technician out within 2 hours. Every person associated with my air/ furnace install was friendly and helpful. They worked with me getting me the best price. I had air the next day after deciding to replace the air conditioner and the day after that when I replaced my furnace. I only want to say that, I thank the repairman and consultant from Neal Harris for their patience and care in explaining everything clearly, so I could make the best decision. I opted to repair my ac unit, although I know it is time for a unit, I'm not ready financially for a new ac. And they understood that and repaired my ac but left me with the knowledge that it may not last long-term, and I was fine with that. I just needed a little more time and I got that. Thanks
