Neal Harris Service Experts

5/30/23 It is nice seeing Andre again for service of the system. Having no problems but routine maintenance.

Last year: I had no air conditioning with temperatures in the upper 90's. Neal Harris Service Experts came through quickly when another company might be able to help in a week or so. The people I came in contact with were experienced, respectful, professional, knowledge. I learned that because of their size that they have capabilities that other companies simply do not have. I liked the other company but Neal Harris now has just gained a new customer. I recommend them without reservations.

We had the entire crew out today for annual maintenance. Brad and Roy was first for the AC maintenance. Very professional and informative. As always Neal Harris has done a great job maintaing our systems. That maintenance check was followed up by Joe for the annual plumbing inspection. He too was very professional and kind and answered all of our questions. We look forward to enlisting their advice on future upgrades.

Sales associate Brad and maintenance tech Moe performed my annual a/c maintenance this week. They were friendly, efficient and professional while at my residence. We discussed unit performance, aging issues and other service options that may be needed in the future. I would be happy to have them show up for furnace maintenance or any emergency issues that may arise.

Had AC/Heating units installed. The guys did a great job. Very professional even we acted Gen X! Kevin and Damon did the install! Kevin is the GOAT! Thanks you guys! Excellent work!

Moe did the maintenance for me. He was very professional, patient, courteous, and did a great job of explaining the items that need attention and the costs associated with it. I have been using Neal Harris for number of years and they do great job of scheduling, reminding. They are very responsive to issue calls.

Justin and Kevin installed a new furnace and ac unit for me. Work was done very professionally and they kept my place clean in the end. They provided me with all the information I needed.
I was very impressed with the quality of their work and look forward to expecting more excellent service from the crew of Neal Harris in the future.

This was an emergency repair from an initial service done on 4/14. Our tech, Jeff, was outstanding! He handled the water issue in my basement promptly and thoroughly. He took control to fix the mistake made on the first visit, with another Neil Harris plumber. He set up Power Dry’s services and came back out to the house today and repaired everything. Could not have asked for a better person to handle this mess. In a bad situation, Jeff made it tolerable.

Kevin Brockhouse was a skilled and thorough technician. He explained everything he did and left my indoor and outdoor AC units cleaner than how he found them. Wyatt Dempsie also contributed to keeping me informed on issues that I need to consider when it is time to buy a new unit but did not resort to any sales pressure tactics. He explained that the newer units are much more energy efficient, which would result in lower utility bills. Both were excellent.

Mark Gordon called to let me know when he’d be here. Was very cordial but professional and thorough and explained how things worked while he inspected things. Explained what needed to be corrected or added and wrote up estimate for future work. He is very knowledgeable and polite and great about answering any questions regarding plumbing.

Crystal and Kevin came out to do my AC maintenance and they did a EXCELLENT job! Definitely excited to have them back! Gave us great insight on our unit and we are so excited to have them come back out to service us ❤️
