    We had our system installed in 2019. The techs have always been fine, but trying to deal with customer service had been difficult. I am not sure what changed this year, but the ease of dealing my customer service has been a 100% improvement. AJ and Chris G just left for my scheduled maintenance of the A/C and they couldn't have been nicer. Very knowledgeable. Thank you.

    Kevin and Crystal came out this morning to repair our furnace and got up us and young quickly. They were very friendly and did a great job. My wife and I love service experts and their services. Highly recommend them and will continue to have Kevin and Crystal back again! Thank you

    We’ve used this company for over 30 years to maintain our HVAC systems and have always been very satisfied but Chad and A.J. were our most recent service team and they were exceptionally good. I appreciated their professionalism from the moment they arrived and they gave me a couple great tips as well. I highly recommend this company and their people!

    Dakota did a great job in taking care of our issue. He was very prompt and explained what he was doing. Showed us a better way to have our thermostat set to make our home a more comfortable and efficient for the HVAC.

    Would give zero stars if I could. This group was supposed to move the air conditioning lines, instead they came out and did a tune up and left. The foundation company called them to reiterate what needed to be done. Foundation company set up an appointment with them. Husband called and Neal Harris said they had no appointment booked. We set up an appointment with them for yesterday and they didn't show up. Terrible service!

    Brand and Andre did a service inspection on our AC system getting it ready for warm weather. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Neal Harris should be proud to have men of this caliber working for their company. Been Neal Harris customers for years and will continue to be.

    Horrible experience. Had an appointment last Thursday, the service technician didn't call and didn't show. He then was to come Tuesday, to install a new ultraviolet light. He showed up without a new light to install. So he was scheduled to bring it out today. He didn't show and didn't call. I just called their office, the part didn't come in. But hey - don't cancel the appointment. We waited the 2 hour window, trusting they'd come, before I called and was told he wasn't. This business use to be reliable.

    I have two different residences that have Maintenace + programs. Rogelio, Chad and Dakoda were very professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I have been a Neal Harris customer for years and plan on continuing for many more. Highly recommend.

    Our thermostat burned out in the middle of the night, and Neal Harris was quick to send someone out the next morning. Roy and Wyatt, our service persons, were great to deal with, and the system was back to running in tip-top shape soon after their arrival. Highly recommended! Thanks, again!

    Kevin, Garin and Justin were our techs today to fix our water heater and install a new AC system. Extremely well mannered, professional and set the standard for quality service. They are absolutely, the G.O.A.T. 😂
