Our heater went out yesterday. Called Mo's at 7am and they had the old heater out by noon new one in by 2pm. They have our business for life.

Excellent Customer Service! I spoke to the MGR, Matt about a small drip from an exhaust PVC Pipe. It started shortly after they installed the new furnace 3 years ago. They had been out twice to seal it, but for some reason it would start dripping again. He was courteous and so willing to help fix my issue. Manny & Connor came out the next morning and cut the pipe and replaced it with a new piece and made sure it was sealed well and graciously did not charge me for the service call. They properly fixed an issue that had been festering but I feel confident it is now fixed and drip free. The initial purchase 3 years ago was priced right with a nice unit and the team was good then and remains good 3 years later. I highly recommend them for heating and cooling work!

I cannot say enough about this company. We remodeled our 1895 Victorian bungalow 38 years ago. We put the furnace and A/C in the attic to save space. Both units needed replacing. Furnace was actually a danger to use anymore.
I used different companies over the years for various services. Do you think any of those would tackle this job? No they would not.
Mo's Heating & A/C came and instantly said they could do my job.
I was amazed at the quick response and cordial hard working crew that Mo employs.
Again all other companies wouldn't respond. Mo did quickly.

I haven't been to happy with mo's over the last couple years. I don't know if there been a change in management or what.

Last fall when I called them about my hot water tank leaking they told me to email them my info and they would get back to me. After a couple days I called them back, finally after calling and leaving repeated msgs for almost 3 months finally someone got back with me, talked about getting a new tank installed, it took them over 2 months to even get their things together to help me out.

At the same time i was trying to reach them for a winter tune up on my furnace, which we noticed they installed some pipes wrong.

Reason I waited so long is cause when i moved into my house we got a furnace though them and it was under warranty. It was great til we found out that problem, which like say they fixed no charge cause it was their fault!

Now I been sitting here since late spring waiting on someone to call me about getting the A/C checked, which now summer is over and no one has gotten back to me!

My A/C and furnace are both under warranty too which is the sad part though them since they installed both systems and the hot water tank. Now that its getting colder its that time of year to get the furnace checked again, I am worried that ill be waiting til summer to get the tune up on the furnace.

My AC went out in mid July when it was 98 degrees and humid. Matt at Mo's Heating and Air sent one of his technicians out asap and got it back up and working within a few hours. Jose, the tech who fixed my AC was professional, nice, respectful; and patient with all my questions. He actually explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.

Our AC went out during the hottest week of the year and Mo's gave us the best price on a new high efficiency unit. We really love our new unit. They installed it quickly and I feel like I could call them anytime with an issue. I will be referring them to my friends!

very disappointed we use there service 5-6 times today person Maani came and said capacitors has rust need to replaced he sold capacitor in 75 dollrs when i price match in amazon homedep google everywhere it was only between 13 to 16 usd not more than that he charged way more not even double triple for that. I called mo’s supervisor he said the same thing that tax and gas make more expensive i will never call
Them again very disappointed make sure check ur Receipt and try to match price 16 dollrs stuff they charged 75 way more high price i wanted to talk to owner of company they didn’t let me talk to him they said he is not available

Mo and his team did everything he could to prevent me from buying a new AC unit and when those small fixes didn't work, he installed the new one quickly and at minimal expense. Since we had family from out of town arriving the next day, Mo saved their vacation--and ours! Thanks for your hard work in earning a customer for life!
