This is always a good experience. I have used other companies before I discovered Dillons but they didn't turn out so good. Dillons has excellent service from beginning to end.
Jeff and Tiffany were able to work us into the schedule. Jeff arrived early and didn’t waste any time jumping to get a solution. He was clear about what we needed and why.
We called Jeff today after waking up and finding out our heater was not working properly. Our house temperature was 51F. He was able to find us a spot in his busy schedule and now we are looking to replace our heat exchanger on Christmas Eve. Just can't thank Dillons Heating and Cooling enough for their great service and prompt response. Totally recommended if you are looking for a good place to handle your HVAC needs.
I have used this company for two years. Always rated them well. I’ve had the pleasure of the owner servicing me the last 2 times I used Dillon’s. He is very thorough and looked for the most economical options to resolve issues. Would definitely recommend Dillon’s.
Service was exceptional. Dillion’s heating & Cooling (DHC) was thorough in their investigation, clear in their explanations, kind with their demeanor, and were clearly focussed on serving my (customer) needs. Wish more services were as proficient in their trade as Dillions. I was also impressed by his willingness to actually read my specific furnaces manual to get everything exactly right (i was not billed by hour). Price was also VERY reasonable for their diagnostic. I’ve found my go to HVAC team for sure.
My problem was that my furnace was losing flame on demand if my flame box cover was on. Issue was diagnosed to be inadequate air intake pipe sizing/length. I was given multiple options to resolve the issue with varying costs.
They are super nice! Communicate very well about what the issue is and what they will do to fix it. They got here early! Will be contacting them again for any future work :)
Have used them several times on different properties, everything was great until their new employee Patrick came in 2 hours late to an appointment without calling or texting me, then the second time when he came in to do a repair, the appointment was scheduled for between 1-2pm, again no call no show until 3pm. I wouldn’t have a problem if he’d just call or warn me, but I can’t sit all day and wait, I’m a very busy person and my time is very valuable. When Patrick showed up he was also very rude to my mom. I called the company and requested to speak with Jeff, the owner, but was always given a lousy excuse that he doesn’t take calls from a customer and 3 weeks later still haven’t gotten a call from anyone, I had to drop their 5 year service contract on another property and hire someone else. Bad business, terrible customer service and the owner/s aren’t willing to even speak to a customer and fix the problems nor apologize.
We just moved into a new home and needed our in home humidifier assessed. From the very first call with Jeff to Patrick coming out to assess and replace to Eric coming back out because we had concerns, they were always very professional and friendly. I can’t say enough about the kindness that is Jeff . I spoke with him any time I would call. He was always willing to answer my questions and help get me on the schedule. When I was concerned about the new humidifier not working correctly (and it was) he had Eric out within a couple of hours! Patrick was very knowledgeable about humidifiers and helped us choose the right one for our home. Eric was very friendly and reassuring that we were on the right track to get our home humidified where it needs to be with all our woodwork. Great business and group of people running it and working there.
