I needed a new furnace installed and got 4 different bids Dillons was the best rate. I’m happy to say they did a great job.The furnace was in a small attic with limited access. They did what it took to get the job done at no extra charge. I would not hesitate to recommend there company.

I was looking for a HVAC company that was near my house that would help me replace and insulate the main ventilation stack in my garage (it was completely rusted out). Most of the companies that I contacted ghosted me continuously, but Jeff took the job seriously and he was always in contact with me. He was super great to work with. He explained everything that needed to be done and we agreed on the scope of the work. I even added a few more ventilation off shoot re-routes to help me complete a kitchen remodel and some other projects. I'll definitely be calling him in the future when my HVAC needs replaced! I'm very happy with the work that I he did and it was well worth the money that I paid.

I had a issue my A/C they installed so I called for a warranty call. I explained to them what my issue was and what I needed fixed to correct the issue. The tech came out why I was at work and wasn't sure what I needed done after explaining everything to there dispatcher when I called in with my issue. So someone dropped the ball and not all of the information didn't get passed onto the tech. So he did what he thought I wanted done and left. When I got home I knew something got screwed up on what needed done to repair my issue. I was just going to make the minor repair myself it wasn't worth the trouble to ask them to come back. But I did write the owner a email informing him of my experience and service I received from his company. He replied quickly and apologized and promised he would make it right. He did go above and beyond to make me a happy customer at the end. I sent him pics on what the tech done when he came the first time to fix the issue. He agreed 100 percent that wasn't the repair i asked when I called.. He then made sure the tech was well aware of problem i was having and what he needed to do to correct it. When he was done I got a professional quality repair that I was looking for. I thanked the tech and emailed the owner back again letting him know how I appreciated him standing behind his work his company does. I understand miscommunication happens and sometimes it leads to mistakes. So thats why I reached out to the owner so he was aware of the issues he had going on just incase this was just not a onetime thing. This kinda thing kills small companies. Like I said before they fixed there mistake and made me a happy customer what more could you ask for from a company.

Jeff himself came out to make sure my unique situation with a busted dryer dryer vent would be handled properly. He went above and beyond in both addressing the problem and describing how to handle it in the future. I was worried it would balloon into a large project but a quick and easy solution was found. Highly recommend!
