Dillon's Heating & Cooling

When we were in the process of determining whether to replace our HVAC system at our home prior to putting it on the market, Jeff Dillon came to give us an estimate. In a very frank discussion, Jeff recommended that we not replace the system - which was fully functioning - and let the buyers do so, if they wished. We were impressed with Jeff's candor...and his prices, which included three levels of equipment, all of which were about the same cost of labor to install. I highly recommend this company for its integrity.

Initial visit/service was not to my expectations. After talking with the owner, Jeff, he wanted to be sure everything was satisfactory. He and the technician came out - we all got on the same page- work was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Dillons again! Thx!

Very profession and prompt response. We were a victim of the change in weather. 93 degrees today and I walked into a house that was 80 and rising. Might I add this was 7 o’clock at night. I was defiantly concerned the family would have to sleep in a hot house. Dillion’s heating and cooling immediately answered the call and sent Patrick out to take care of the problem. Patrick was very knowledgeable as well took care of the problem in minutes. I highly recommend Dillions heating and cooling.

Jeff and Rogo are professional, friendly,honest. They did great job!
Two other companies gave me the quotes of replacing the whole parts of the motor, over $400 + $95 (labor charge), but Rogo replaced only small part and charged me $145 honestly. the A/C came back perfectly, and Rogo cleaned the area completely.
I will definitely introduce the Dillon to my family and friends !

Communication was great! Really like the email and texts letting me know a technician was assigned, their arrival time, etc. Rico was great! He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. Service was more affordable than I’d anticipated. I will absolutely be using Dillon’s again! Thanks guys!!

I really appreciate how responsive they are and they are very good about keeping you apprised of scheduling and when the tech is in route, etc. Excellent customer service and pricing. We did have a whoops and they were quick to resolve it. I'd highly recommend Dillons!

I felt that he put my HVAC needs above profit, and greatly appreciated the absence of an unnecessary upsell. Ethics go a long way with me, so I intend to call Dillon's exclusively for future heating and cooling needs.

Dillion’s customer service is top notch. It was nice to feel like someone had our back when our furnace went out while it was 100+ degrees. They were so helpful in explaining all our options, quick to get it resolved ASAP. Will keep using their services, highly recommend them!
