Cordell has been servicing and repairing our A/C and Furnace almost since we put in our new system over 10 years ago. He is dependable, very knowledgeable and honest. He does a great job and always goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy and comfortable. You can't go wrong using Integrity and Cordell for your HVAC maintenance and repair.

Cordell came out to evaluate an issue we had with our A/C unit. He provided a quote for us in a timely manner that was much cheaper than anywhere else. He was very professional and his expertise was top notch. He will be the guy I call for any HVAC needs. Definitely recommend!

I hired Cordell as I was finishing my basement and needed some HVAC vents installed and the A/C line moved. Cordell was right on time and I was impressed by how competent and friendly he was. He seemed as if he cared about doing a good job and, when something went wrong, was able to fix it within 30 minutes. I would recommend his services to anyone that I know!

I reached out to Integrity after getting what I thought was an overpriced bid from AB May. Cordell responded immediately, ordered the part for us, and was at our home in 3 days for the necessary fix. Cordell with Integrity did an amazing job working on both our AC and heater.

He was able to keep us from buying new equipment, which is certainly nice with kids in college. Our AC needed a new capacitor, which he had on hand. He also was able to add a soft start to our system, helping to reduce load on our solar array.

Our heater is vintage and he got it working like new.

Some day, when we can afford it, we plan to upgrade to a new HVAC. We'll call Cordell.

We have been having trouble with our air conditioning unit and thought it was under performing. I texted and inquired with Integrity and they came the same day and cleaned our outside fan and charged our Freon plus performed needed maintenance. The service provided was friendly and professional. I asked questions and they were answered without being “talked down too”. Which as a woman, I really appreciate. I am a happily satisfied customer. We will be using Integrity if needed in the future.

We appreciate and respect Cordell's professional insight. We always know he will be honest and up front. We switched to his service because we had been given dishonest information from another company. He does great maintenance on our heating and AC each year and keeps us informed. Integrity is the perfect name for his company!

It’s is rare to find a professional who is as responsive. Cordell was great, showed up on time, finished ahead of time and on budget. I will not be working with anyone with any of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Cordell is the man. My apartment was 91° and none of the "maintenance" people could fix it even after a week. Cordell came in and fixed the problem in less than an hour, was very professional, but he also had good energy and was pleasant to deal with! 10/10, I plan on using him for all of my personal needs and properties when the need comes. :)
