Save yourself the hassle. Call these guys. We tried going a cheaper route with our AC repair and ended up getting the run around. Zach and Chad with Neal Harris not only fixed our AC but answered all our questions and provided plenty of information on maintenance and also other services we may need in the future.

Been using Neal Harris for several years now, and they have kept our home HVAC system trouble free wit regular maintenance checks. This winter the tuneup was quick and cost no more than the two filters I had been replacing regularly. I got lucky when a Comfort Specialist caught a subscription error on my account. Crystal made a quick phone call and got it fixed! Really gives us satisfying feeling that when it’s cold and snowy outside, we still stay warm thanks to them.

Lavar was fantastic. He saved us $2000 by pointing out that our water heater was still under warranty and the leaky pipes and corrosion could be fixed without replacing the entire water heater.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Neil Harris- our technician Moe did a great job servicing our unit and was very knowledgeable and friendly.

John L and Wyatt Dempsie did a great job for me. They were so helpful and kind. They answered all of my questions and even helped me learn more about maintaining my equipment. 👍

This week our furnace stopped functioning. I asked two companies for an estimate to repair. Neal Harris quote included 5 items that needed to be replaced with a quote of $9,000. After the “team” left I discovered they had removed one part- the igniter and disconnected a wire that would not allow the furnace to run. My second quote replaced the igniter and reattached the wire and the furnace is up and running all for $130.00. (Btw nothing wrong with the heat exchanger which would be one reason to disconnect a furnace for safety reasons - they didn’t inform me of any safety issues during their visit.) Beware of Neal Harris, unprofessional and dishonest.

Andre and Chad were on time, thorough, and informative. They did a great job servicing our AC.
