Priced Right is exactly what the name sez!! A recent Air Conditioner installation was way below previously "big named" companies I have used in the past. Not only that; but, Jim was forth right in explaining the "ins and outs" of a unit which would suit the needs of my home.
NONE of this "bait and switch" which other companies pitched to me.
He and his crew were professional, fast in making the installation
(8:00 am to 10:30) and clean, and thorough (added additional rock under my sinking outdoor pad, installed a thicker pad than what I had, replaces clogged up humidifier tubing, etc.) All included in the initial cost quoted.
I definitely recommend Priced Right as they were recommended by friends!

I could not be more satisfied with the work that was done by Priced Right to replace my HVAC system.

I was impressed when Jim came to the house to give me an estimate. He knew his product line unlike some of the others that gave me estimates and recommended a system that was perfect for the house. He made no attempt to up-sell me to a higher priced solution even though I ask him a lot of questions about the top end models of furnaces and AC units. He was very helpful in my evaluating the return on investment options of the higher end efficiency models. The fact the word “plumbing” was missing from the company name was also a factor for me as they specialize in HVAC work and his crew is hired and trained to do only this work. He immediately identified the manner in which the old furnace humidifier had been installed was incorrect - the water line was connected to the cold water supply and not the hot as was recommended by the manufacturer. The dang thing never did work as you would have expected the 22 years it was installed. The new one, made by the same manufacture and of a similar design is working great.

Jim being a hands-on owner would also be doing work and supervising the crew was a big plus for me. They arrived when they said they would and were done by the expected time. I was home when the work was done and was able to off-and-on observe the type of work they did. The ground outside was somewhat muddy. No worries! They put down tarps in the carpeted basement and wore protective booties when they were in the house. Jim takes great pride in the work he and the crew do. It was done to the highest professional standards and they do an excellent job cleaning up at the end of the job. There was nothing for me to do after the job was done.

Our furnace stopped running overnight. Jim showed up the next morning on a Saturday. He quickly identified the problem and got it up an running in no time without trying to sell any new unneeded parts. He even showed me how to address the problem if it happens in the future.

Really appreciate Jim's honesty and integrity in response to a weekend service call. Will definitely use and recommend Priced Right Heating and Cooling to others in the future.

Had new ac and furnace installed 10/4/18. Jim, Paul and the rest of the crew were courteous and efficient. There was a problem with the venting sleeve, so Jim upgraded our furnace and put in new venting without changing the cost! Would highly recommend this company for any HVAC installation!

We contracted Priced Right Heating and Cooling to replace a furnace that died. As you can imagine, when it is below 20F outside you want it fixed right away.
Paul and Jim went above and beyond working with us and the insurance company to resolve the issue and get a new furnace installed within the next day.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our experience. Our technician Paul was on time, super knowledgable and gave us the best price for our repair. He went above and beyond our service call by taking the time to make sure the problem was quickly fixed and that our place was clean and back to normal. He gave us tips and tricks to help with our furnace in the future. I was completely happy with Priced Right Heating and Cooling. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a contractor in the area. They installed our AC unit, coil and new thermostat. After they were finished they walked me through the process of setting up my thermostat to maximize efficiency, then showed me every update they made. I compared rates with them and other heating and cooling contractors and they were ridiculously lower in price and labor.

Again, I can't recommend them enough.
