Pride Mechanical Kansas City did an AWESOME job installing my air/heat units! Patrick and Andrew are amazing. They are professional and really care about the customers. They provided EXCEPTIONAL service during, before and after my installation and I would highly recommend them and the Pride Mechanical team to anyone in town!

I have used Pride Mechanical for the past four years and they are fantastic. Andrew has been the sole caretaker of my HVAC system and he is very knowledgable and thorough. Pride also offers great value for the work they perform.

High attention to detail. I had a complete system replacement, and it was a quality installation. You are dealing with the owner and one other person. This is a small shop, which makes dealing with them easy and personal. I would highly recommend.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Pride Mechanical. We have been using them for years now for maintenance and also to install a new furnace/AC system. Patrick and Ian are very knowledgeable. considerate, and they define customer service. The crew they have working for them is the same - competent, professional, and friendly. Great product, price and customer service! They did a complete overhaul on my air conditioning unit and got everything done in one day. I would highly recommend Pride to anyone that needs any heating and cooling work done at their home. Dave made sure we had the best unit for my home at the right price. I left for work Friday morning and came home to a very cool house with a completely new setup thanks to Patrick and his team of experts.

I chose Pride Mechanical for their high ratings and I wasn't disappointed! They provided the best service I have ever experienced from a service company. Pride is a Trane service provider and Patrick spent over double the allocated call time rewiring, reconfiguring and cleaning my furnace, heat pump system. It looks like during the original install the two stage furnace was not set up to operate in that configuration and the humidifier was not working properly when the heat pump was on. Patrick was exceptional in explaining the situation and system configuration options. I most strongly recommend their services it was truly top-notch!! Great job Patrick and Pride Mechanical!

I will reframe from using Pride mechanical again, the service was okay but when arriving they drove wrecklessly through the neighborhood while kids where out waiting for the bus. I feel we're all very lucky there was no accidents

After using Pride Mechanical for a routine furnace check up a few years ago, I knew that I could trust these guys. Didn't try to sell me anything, and said that I'd get a few more years out of it. They were right! This year, I decided to proactively replace my 25 year old HVAC with a new system. Patrick, the owner, answered all my questions and explained the entire process. With his assistant Andrew, they performed the entire installation flawlessly. No mess and everything was finished beautifully. They really take "pride" in their work and made sure everything was perfect. They even fixed a mistake on my water heater exhaust at no extra charge. When the job was complete, I was surprised that my bill was even less than the original quote. Perhaps Pride hasn't been around as long as some of the other companies, but their work is top notch and I'm sure they will be around for years to come. Thanks and good luck!

Pride Mechanical is excellent. I have used them before for ac maintenance and they never disappoint. Andrew showed up right on time. He was friendly, professional and very courteous. He checked out both the inside and outside units and made sure they were both working properly. I highly recommend this company.
