Dave started our experience with a professional and thorough bid for replacing our HVAC system. He was willing to work with us and in a timely manner. The installers, Patrick and Andrew were clean, professional, kind and prompt. The work they did exceeded our expectations and we would recommend Pride to others in a heartbeat.

Installed a humidifier and a gas line for us. We had some condensation on the water line when I got home from work. Ian came back out after hours and checked it out and made sure it was working properly. 100% recommend Ian and his team. They are the absolute best. Very professional!

After my furnace install last week, Pride Mechanical is the only HVAC company I will ever use. From start to finish these guys were so phenomenally courteous, honest, on time, efficient, and went so far above and beyond what I would have expected them to do, I really don’t know if any other company can even come close to their level of service. Their quote was super reasonable and their work quality exceeded my expectations— they actually left my basement cleaner than it was when they showed up! I would 100% recommend them to anyone I know, and definitely intend to call them in the future for any HVAC service needs I have.

Did a great job on the install. All work done was of high quality. The team was professional. Showed up on time and kept us informed every step of the way on what was happening. Asked for feedback before changing parts of the housed needed to support the newer high efficiency furnace. Would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Been using Pride for our restaurant equipment repairs. Ian is about as honest as they get. We have gone through a gamut of repair mechanics but we have never had full trust in any of them until we met Ian. We have since signed up with Pride Mechanical for our HVAC maintenance program.

They are the best! The owner, Patrick, works to give you the best deal for your money. He checked out everything, before he left, to make sure my AC unit was in good working order and repaired what was necessary with no extra hidden costs. Most important, they are experienced, dependable and trust worthy

Pride Mechanical does excellent work. We called them out late at night and they came out within the hour and was able to fix our air conditioner in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend them.

I would like to comment on the 1 star review below as this does not reflect Patrick or his company in any way. Mr. Barrera was part of a paint crew who was painting the exterior of my house when Patrick was here installing my new HVAC system. Mr. Barrera did a sub-par job on my house and in the process almost managed to get overspray from their paint on the Pride Mechanical van. It is sad to know that people resort to hateful comments and accusations only because they cannot admit their shortcomings. Pride Mechanical did a wonderful job and I am extremely happy with my new system. They ARE a 5 star company - they go above and beyond to make sure you receive quality service. I received many quotes from other competitors in the area and they were able to give me the best quote and service. Patrick is a wonderful human being and works hard to make sure you receive what you pay for and more. Look no further for a heating and cooling company!

Patrick came to my house at 3 in the morning because my furnace went out. He was polite, down to earth and very knowledgeable about my furnace. The 1 star rating below is not accurate at all!! Could not say anything bad about Patrick or this company. Their company name fits them well!!

Patrick and company are tremendous, here's why:
- very competitive pricing for HVAC equipment and installation
- much better warranty than other companies
- reasonable annual maintenance plan
- professional installation...they are meticulous, very detail oriented
- friendly and polite office staff
-no extra charges, they stand by their quote even if they encounter the unforeseen (which they did and we felt bad but Patrick did not charge us an uplift, which would have been totally justified)
- the place was cleaner after the installation than before!
Having the AC croak in the heat of the summer and having to decide on expensive options in a short time frame is very stressful, but Pride Mechanical alleviated a lot of our anxiety with their customer oriented approach to the sales process and their impeccable installation. I would rate them six stars if allowed.
