Matt T. provided excellent service for this new homeowner. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. At one point, he had to unplug my sprinkler to use his own hose to clean my HVAC, and he plugged it back in when he was done and made sure the sprinkler was running again. It may seem insignificant, but he has a full day ahead of him and he didn’t have to do that. Thank you, Matt!

Of course, our AC stopped working on a Friday night right as our temps are inching towards 100 degrees. I called Town & Country, left a message after hours, and received a phone call back within minutes. Danny said that he could have someone to our house the next morning (Saturday) between 8-11am. Javier called the next morning and was at our house a little BEFORE 8am (after asking if that was okay). He was so professional and well-spoken, and had our AC working again in no time at all. We are so impressed with Town & Country that we have become members and plan on using them exclusively in the future. Thank you again!
