Slow loading time. The highlight of my visit was Mel in shipping and receiving. She is the best example of customer service. Very friendly and professional.
Came here for pickup and took 5 hours for that. There are two bit**es sitting in the shipping office and they do not have manners or respect at all for others . one of his employees told me that we got tons of complaints about those bit**es. I already told whole situation to manager and they don’t deserve any respect or work here . Hopefully he takes action against them. Worst and disrespectful bit**es i have ever seen in shipping office. Hopefully they gets fired.
If I could give this facility a negative 5 I would. Just to be clear, it is the Strang line rd facility. I had a driver go in there to deliver and they would not unload him early (which is fine) The "lady" using that term very loosely, in receiving, told the driver that she was going to make him sit out there the complete 2 hrs just because she could. She REFUSED to sign his paperwork in hopes that TQL would not pay the driver. When he asked her to sign it (3 times) she stamped it with a DRIVER COPY stamp repeatedly. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and should NOT be working with the public. This driver is one of the kindest people you would ever meet and for him to practically sit at a place for 24 hrs for no reason other than she wanted to be a Betty Badass is uncalled for and she should be fired.
Don't trust these guys to take care of you. Couldn't even follow through with an email quote, then when I called back to figure out what was going on I kept getting transferred and put on hold. I don't know about anyone else but I don't like having my time wasted, that being said if there was an option for zero stars this would be. So if you like people who follow through with their end of business don't go here. Also when you call they're always rude about being busy. Yea everyone's busy. You should have more than one person working.

We used to go here a lot but have been avoiding doing business with this company because of this person. Don’t go here and if you do, don’t go to Stephen.
Had a brand new lennox air conditioner replaced in 2014...evaporator coil failed in April of 2020. $2500 to replace it...that's another story. I know Lennox has had problems with their coils but fail to admit it. Will see if I can get any restitution for this. Steer clear folks!
