Excellent service visit as always. This company replaced our HVAC about 9 years ago, (new it needed replacing when house was bought) and have been excellent at maintenance ever since.

Josh was outstanding, explained everything in detail.

I had Town and Country out to install a new Bosch system and a new Samsung ductless system in my house. They arrived on time, were courteous and left my house cleaner than they found it. The ductless system was not an easy install. They had to fish a new line set up into my attic and go halfway through it to get to the room that got the new indoor unit. They finished quicker than I thought they would and charged exactly what they told me. My house is now the most efficient and the most comfortable on the block! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Josh is always very professional and courteous. He explains everything and gives me all the options on what needs to be done. He is truly an asset to Town & Country. Thank you Josh!!

Super Awesome Company. I have NO complaints. They make appointments to fit on your schedule. They arrive on or Before time. Im on their Service Plan, which I highly recommend.

I have never seen service this though and good. Switching to this service forever. They came highly recommended by a good friend and I’m still in awe of the amount of work and energy they put in. I have joined their maintenance service and couldn’t be happier.

I have used Town & Country for years now and have been very satisfied. They are professional, prompt and honest. I never feel like they push unnecessary services or deceive me when I interact with them. Josh Thuro, the most recent tech who serviced my A/C unit, was very professional and did an excellent job on the minor repairs needed along with my annual service. Highly recommended.

Update June 2023: Town & Country impressed me again today. I emailed their customer service last night at 11:30 PM to request a service call ASAP when I discovered my air conditioner condenser unit was not working. They called me back at 8:30 AM in the morning. They said they could get me a service visit between 2-5 pm, but would try for sooner. 15 minutes later, they updated my appointment window to between Noon and 4. 15 minutes after that, they said they had someone on their way! A technician (Matt Tracy) was here at 9:35 AM and showed me exactly what the problem was - a failed and damaged starting capacitor. I autorized repairs and I had cold air back around 10:00 AM before it got too hot. Nice. Thanks for the great service and responsiveness Town & Country!
