Zach Smith, the service tech, was very informative as to what he had done regarding the service, and recommendations for future care of my equipment. He was knowledgeable and showed me how to adjust the air flow damper to cool off the upstairs during the summer. I felt a difference in temperature before he'd even left the house. I appreciate the time Zach took in caring for my equipment and educating me. This is an ethical company, with no pressure sales. I'd highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

I have an older home with a hot water boiler heating system. I love my boiler! It provider even heat thought out my home . It’s not easy to find a company that is knowledgeable about boilers. I tried several other vendors before finding Town & Country, they are the best. They are professional, fair and honest. So no wonder when my 30 year old AC went on the fritz this spring I called Town & Country. They did an excellent job installing a new Lennox system - compressor and air handler. I also subscribe to the annual maintenance for twice a year cleaning and inspections. I highly recommend Town & Country.
