I am very impressed with the quality and efficiency of Shawn’s work. We had him out today for a sewer repair. He only had our sewer disconnected for maybe an hour, which was awesome, given we had 4 children in the house at the time. Shawn also kept me updated on this progress throughout the job, which was nice. The yard is nice and flat after he backfilled it and he even picked up all the debris and roots from the dig. I will definitely call Shawn and MVP again in the future.

I’ve used MVP for plumbing, electric and AC and I’ve been consistently happy with their service. Every person I’ve met has been very nice, professional and easy to work with. They thoroughly explain things and give multiple repair options/price points when it makes sense, which I appreciate as a new homeowner. They just got done replacing my AC system, less than a week after I requested a quote in the middle of summer. I’ve always walked away feeling good about the quality and price of their services and will continue to use them!

I put in the recommended condensation pipe for the furnace/ac and cleaning of the external A/C unit. Jair made me pay upfront and did not provide me with any sort of receipt. He had to leave to get PVC "cutters" from the warehouse because he didn't have any with him. That was the first delay. After he installed the "p-pipe" as he called it, he had me take a look. I noticed water dripping and when I said something, he tried to tell me it wasn't. He then realized it was leaking and had to call someone else. After speaking with them, he then said it was in fact leaking and would have to go get another from the "warehouse". He put in the new pipe and said the other had a crack in it. He then wrapped electrical tape around both sides of the newest one as a preventative of future leaking. I asked if I should call them back if it leaks and he was adamant it wouldn't leak because of his preventative electrical tape installation. But that it may drip condensation. It is dripping.

Jair was also supposed to email me a quote regarding the other recommendations he had but I also have not received those. This is the second MVP technician that has had to call another person to discuss what is going on.

My 30 yr. A/C and A/coil w ent out. Called Co. From tv adds 2 won't service mobile homes. Others were priced too high. I found MVP Paul came buy asap. Very good price explained our options extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thanks u Ronda for all u did to get service reps the next day. MVP YOU ALL GET A++ FANTASTIC JOB. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS CO. they do alot more than cooling/heating. You can the big co. OR save time and call MVP. I highly recommend them. Thanks to Ronda and Paul. And the crew that did the work. These guys were great. We had a major sewer break over a holiday weekend and I called and this company was the most professional, and courteous group of fellows I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They explained every procedure as they went and left my home in a perfectly well cleaned and I cannot say enough about this experience. I would recommend their services to anyone. Well done boys.

I had the pleasure of working with an outstanding electrician (Kody Sapienza, #MVP) who fixed my Tesla EV charger at home. I cannot express how impressed I was with the level of professionalism and expertise this electrician brought to the job.

From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain the Tesla EV Wall Connector installation process in detail and provided me with an accurate estimate of the cost and time required to install it.

They were thorough in their work and paid attention to every detail, ensuring that the charger was working efficiently and safely.

I was also impressed by the electrician's dedication to ensuring that the work area was left clean and tidy. They took great care to clean up after themselves, leaving my home just as they found it.

Pieces were left off. Tech did not exactly know how to change out the bulb. I don’t feel the work has been complete. He said it was broken. He would contact me for a new part. It wasn’t broke when he got there. Homeowner had to assist him in changing the part out lightbulb.

Tom Davis and Jacob Salsbury's installation team at MVP were fantastic to work with. Tom was the perfect partner when we needed to replace our home heating and cooling system. Jacob's team showed up early, worked efficiently and were extremely friendly and respectful. Tom followed up multiple times after the install to make sure our system was operating as we had hoped. The MVP team is outstanding. We highly recommend working with this company!

I received excellent care from their specialist, Mac Lucas. Professional, on time, respectful, and clearly cared about me as a customer/person. Initially I thought there was a plumbing issue but with Mac's experience he was able to guide me to discover the real problem which ended up being unrelated to plumbing. This was a great display of integrity from Mac and a mark of excellence that will definitely have me working with MVP again as a repeat customer and recommending to friends in the future.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. My wife and I signed up to the MVP program, which supposedly offers 24-hour premium service. When my septic/sump pump system failed, we called and got a guy to come out at 9pm or so. After taking a look at the tank, he said he had no tools to work on it, but he would go back to the office and have someone else come out the next day at 2pm. Next day comes and goes and not only did no one come out, but no one even bothered to contact us by phone about the issue. After days of calling and waiting for them to live up to the 24-hour premium service we were paying extra for, we ended up having to pay a completely different contractor to do the job. MVP does everything to get you to pay extra for their MVP program, but they fail to give you anything close to what you’re paying for.
